Still waiting after chasing 3x by email, once directly to ee, and a direct message to mse.

Not impressed. mse needs to take responsibility for the offers it touts.

  • I'm having the same troubles. Signed up in July, activated in August. No voucher, no response from email support. Support number is disconnected. Service from EE has been the most awful I've ever received.

Pretty sure this is a game of numbers. EE and this cowboy voucher company are playing the odds that many people will not complain and follow through.

    Scam written all over it.
  • As the site that pushed this offer very hard would appear to me that MSE are as culpable as affiliate window.

MSE should take it on themselves to be the champions of the consumers here that they prompted to switch.

Very disappointing not to be listened to or have any MSE employees responding to this thread.

MSE what are you going to do about your followers being ripped off and wasting hours chasing up an offer that you told us we were going to get?

I am pursuing EE website and was thinking of order from them I was told Amazon voucher would arrived 90 days after connection. Hope that is helpful for you.
  • In August I signed up to the EE Broadband deal which included a £100 Amazon Voucher.

It is now approaching the end of November and I have not yet received this.

I emailed them and they said I would need to provide them a DKI number which I should have got with my original email when I signed up.

However, I do not have access to this email.

I have tried contacting them by phone but keep going on hold (so far has cost me £9 in calls and also on twitter and with no luck!

    Anyone have any advice?

    thank you!

The contact number for voucher queries was 0800 was it not?

I don't think you are going to get anywhere without that order reference number. Voucher Window need to claim a referral fee from EE using that reference if your online order didn't track, out of which they pay for your voucher. I don't recall seeing it on anything other than the order email from EE. The only thing I can think of for you to do is call EE and see if you can get the DKI number from them.

    and

    jade.taylor@affiliatewindow.com

on 27/06/14 and have no reply from either?
