Why would it charge me for line installation?
When you entered your address and phone number on the initial eligibility page, did you enter the phone number correctly? If you didn't, it will show "LANDLINE NUMBER: XXXXXX. A NEW PHONE LINE WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED AT YOUR PROPERTY"

I called them to query and they told me I had to pay £30 installation as Sky was a different network which they couldn't use.

Then the next day I got a letter in the post telling me installation was going to cost £60!

This is a farce, I am going to cancel the installation.
  • Hello,

I am having the same problems with receiving a response from affiliatewindow. I am hoping this can be sorted as my line rental and broadband has been live since May - I have emailed affiliate window 3 times and received no response. I sent another today.

If you see this Jade can you assist? I can see your out of office is on and you will be back on 10th November so I'm hoping someone will pick this up in your absence.

    Thanks,
    Martin

  • It's been over 3 months for me too and no voucher :( I emailed the address in the letter a couple of days ago. Can someone please look into this??
  • Add me to the list!

Went live with EE broadband via the MSE/AffiliateWindow deal in late July. Haven't received my voucher, get no answer to telephone calls or e-mails to Affiliate Window.

I only signed up to this deal because I thought it was backed by MSE and so would be cast iron safe.

    Very frustrated!

Based on advice in this thread I sent a message to Jade at Affiliate Window as it was over 48 hours since I had sent my original e-mail to the eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com address. I got an auto-reply to my message saying that Jade is away on leave but then got a message from Molly a few hours later saying that I should get my voucher in the next end-of-month run.

    Fingers crossed!

I joined EE through MSE in June to take advantage of the Amazon £120 voucher.
A few months ago I contacted customer services about a billing query. By the by, the agent let slip that, after the first six months, the Customer Discount of £7.45 on my Account Charges would no longer apply and I'd be paying £9.95 instead of the present £2.50.
I ended up sending EE an extract of the original offer from my MSE email of 18/06/14.
" Unlimited broadband: You pay £2.50/mth, so £30 for 1yr (avail to 95% of UK). The price'll rise after contract end."
EE got back and confirmed that I was right and I'd pay only £2.50 for the whole year. So watch your bills, they might try it on!

The last two months I have been billed for calls to a landline number that I never made. Pasting the number into the search box revealed that it was Orange Broadband telesales. I got on the phone again to EE and have been promised a refund but it wasn't without hemming and hawing and passing me around and parroting my name and password each time.
They don't make it easy. I really do think they're trying it on. Watch them!
  • Hello,

I used the above one because of the MSE blogged and thought there would not be much hassle.
Hope I would get the amazon vouchers as promised

    Thanks in Advance

    Mohan
