Thanks Jade, I received my vouchers yesterday, it took 7 days. I wouldn't have been able to sort it without you, thanks again :D
• I've just emailed eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com after checking my Amazon account is void of an gift certificates. I ordered my EE BB 4th May.

We'll see what happens.

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had dealt with returning an EE router? Ours arrived today after cancelling an in-process contract over the weekend and, as per the website's "Returns, refunds and charges from cancelling" page, it's not clear to me if we are to send it back, via a sent-out silver bag.

No mention of a bag, or return of router, was mentioned in the phone call and I am unable to log into the EE forums with the account info originally sent out to us.

Naturally, I'm not eager for the process (if actually incomplete), to drag on.

Thanks in advance.
• Hello Jade
I hope you can help - I have just sent you the following email and hope you can sort this out for me as well. I only got the EE broadband because it worked out cheaper only because of this Amazon voucher.:eek:Please HELP... thank you.

Hello Jade

Please find below a copy of the email I received when placing my order for home broadband and telephone with EE via the link on MoneySavingExpert.com.

I followed the link and entered all the details and placed our order on 8th May 2014 after receiving the link below and our contract with EE went live on 28th May 2014.

Please also find attached a copy of my EE bill showing my bills for 8th and 28th May 2014 as proof of my order.

It has been well over 3 months but I have still not received the promised £120 voucher for Amazon as promised. I have been looking on the MSE website forum for help and can see many other people have also had the same issue.

I can see that some of them with your help have finally been able to get this issue resolved with your help and therefore I am asking you to sort this out for me as soon as possible.

I look forward to hearing from you very soon with a resolution to this problem.
• Sorry I've got a really bad migraine and just noticed I've repeated everything about 2-3 times
• Hi Jade I have sent you an email regarding missing Amazon vouchers, I hope you can look into this issue for me too.

• H, there signed up with EE on 3rd of seventh and not received any vouchers, called EE who told me to call MSE on 0800 953 5836, not working. So looked on MSE website for some contact details but non obvious, natch. So looked on the forums and we have a huge thread about it.
Pretty shameful really for an operation that is supposed to champion consumers.
So is there a link or some resource I can go to sort this out with minimal fuss.
Cheers Beds
• Hi there, I too am having problems with my EE broadband voucher. I signed up on the 15th of June. No voucher after 3 months. I rang to complain, and I was told I should have received the voucher by the 9th of October, and still I have not received it.

I've had a number of other issues of poor customer service with EE that I'm struggling to resolve - very poor customer service at present.

I have emailed eevouchers@affiliatewindows.com this morning, but I'm raising the issue on this forum in an attempt to get some customer service!
• I did not receive the voucher within 3 months, but after emailing (copy below) to eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com Molly Lediard and Jade Taylor sorted it. They kept me updated each step of the process, and responded to the initial enquiry within 48 hours - thanks' guys:-)
As to the Orange service - cannot fault it, the whole process of switching from BT Infinity to EE fibre was smooth, and I am actually getting better speeds than I had with BT - typical 5MB/s - it was 4MB/s. When you factor in the much better EE dual-band router with built in modem (old BT HH3 was single-band, and the modem separate), and the fact that I am saving money each month now, the voucher is really the icing on the cake. I would still be a happy customer if there had not been a voucher offer - but of course once it is promised, you do want it :-)

Subject: Amazon gift voucher with EE broadband

Order date: 2 June 2014

Order number: DKXXXXXXXX

Broadband activated on 23 June 2014

Not had the voucher yet :-(

Kind regards
• EE may look like a good deal but it is definitely a deal with a lot of hassle attached! From placing the order on 23 September and receiving email saying it was all fine and going through within 10 days, the broadband will now not be activated until 22 October (soooo how many days??! Defo not 10!!!)

During which time I had 1 text saying there was a problem with the line and 4 subsequent phone calls up to a week apart (where I had to sit on the line listening to that horrid music while I waited for someone to answer!!!....the quickest was 17 minutes!!!).....whatever time of day you phoned it was the same old message " we are experiencing a high volume of calls...." well, employ more staff then!!!!:T Depending on who i spoke to depended on what wild goose chase they had me on......phone BT......phone the previous provider......but surely that was their responsibility now?! BT laughed at me and the previous provide Sky was not my account so they wouldn't talk to me anyway......

To cut a long story short (as I really feel this had been dragging on now for months!!:rotfl:) they apologised, they have sorted the line issue with Sky and I have demanded compensation, least of all to cover my phone bill which has accumulated due to EE's incompetence. I'd better get my Amazon Voucher now after all this?! In hindsight I wish I'd gone with Sky.........:o so attractive deals are not always the best deals, maybe it's cheap for a reason, they don't employ enough staff and staff that know what they are doing!!!:rotfl:
