  • I signed up to this offer on 20/06/2014. I have had nothing but stress with EE customer services who also billed me full price for this package to begin with.

I have tried emailing affiliate window several times with a copy of my original voucher and confirmation of my order to inquire as to to the whereabouts of my voucher. I have not had a response. I have also emailed jade.taylor@affiliatewindow.com several times after reading forum posts on MSE. I still haven't had a response.

I have spoken to EE several times and even written a formal complaint. They claim they have nothing to do with this promotion.

I have trusted MSE for years and cant believe they are promoting this offer though their weekly emails, especially after the amount of complaints within this forum.

My advice is stay well clear of EE and any of their affiliate promotions.

I will also be wary of any promotions offered though MSE in future also.

    Hi ojrice

Sorry to hear you havent had a response from myself or the main voucher window address.
I am unsure why this is as we do pick them all up.

Can you drop me directly another email, with your username in the title explaining we have spoken on here. Once you have sent it drop me a post on here and I will know when to expect it. Hopefully then we will have your details and can sort this out for you.

Sorry again for the issues you have faced.

    thanks

  • Can anybody tell me if I can use both the £100 Amazon voucher AND the contract buyout EE have here: http://buyout.ee.co.uk/

I rang them and their telephone advisor told me I could use the buyout over the phone but wasn't interested in doing anything other than signing me up over the phone, which, being in a contract, I can't even do... He said if I had a computer I could look online...

He also advised me that "A lot of people apply online for the amazon vouchers and miss important information that I can give you over the phone" which I assumed was just his way to keep me on the phone and nothing to worry about?

  • I signed up for the EE deal in April. After waiting patiently I emailed the link in this thread in early July (5th). After much ping ponging of mail between myself and Henry McFarlane of affiliatewindow.com over 2 months still no £120 voucher! I feel duped and angry!!

Yes the EE deal seems a good deal and as a EE mobile user seemed good compared to my deals at the time. Plus lot better connection via broadband than my previous connection. However the sweetener was the £120 voucher which seems to have been "pie in the sky".

Has anyone actually received their voucher?

    regards

    I'm very unhappy about this.

I've now been told I am not getting a voucher because I went through Quidco.

When I signed up in April the terms and conditions never stated that if the purchase was made through Quidco that a voucher would not be given. This isn't mentioned on the Cheap Broadband deals page either. I filled out my details and it said complete the purchase and in 3 months you'll have your voucher.

When you look at the terms and conditions now it still hasn't changed:

The £100 Amazon.co.uk Gift Certificate is only available on an EE Home Broadband contract purchased through moneysavingexpert.com. It is not available for purchases made by post, and is only accepted on telephone sales if it is made via 08000795213

If you have any queries in regards to getting your broadband service up and running please visit ee.co.uk/help. If you have any issues with the voucher, or other queries please contact eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com.

This offer is valid between 3rd September and 30th September inclusive.

EE Home Broadband may withdraw the gift voucher where we determine, or reasonably believe the terms of the offer are being abused in any way.

The offer is only available to customers over the age of 18 and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

If customer’s wish to purchase this as a gift for someone else, they would need to take the contract out in their name and not the recipients.

The gift certificate will only be paid on successfully connecting contracts and will be sent once a genuine application is validated by EE Home Broadband. A successfully connected contract is one where the customer has had an EE staff member fit and install their broadband, or they have installed the device themselves.

This offer is only available to new EE Broadband customers. To qualify as a new customer you cannot already hold an EE Home Broadband or Orange Home Broadband contract.

Your gift certificate will be sent by Amazon.co.uk to the email address provided, within 3 months from connection and valid for a period of 10 years.

You will not need to redeem your voucher through EE. The voucher will automatically be emailed to you within 3 months of your EE broadband service activating.

If you have any questions, please email eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com

I'm really upset by this because I was a Talktalk customer and they called me and were giving me a better offer when I gave the order to switch. I think this offer is very deceptive. Has anyone else been on the receiving end of this?

I would think using the voucher AND going through Quidco would be considered an abuse of the terms.
