    I took this deal back in April, my internet was connected on the 8th May, after reading comments on these forums I waited the full 3 months before emailing - I emailed the general email and your own email address on both the 12th and 15th August and have heard nothing back. I waited until the end of the month, it's now the 4th September and still nothing!

    Can you please get back to me and let me know what's happening? I took this in good faith that it would be delivered - I wouldn't have taken up this contract with EE otherwise. Is there anyone at MSE I could contact??

  • Hi everyone! I'm in the same boat, how do I get help on this? I ordered my EE home broadband on 15/05/2014. It is now over 3 months since my broadband was connected. I've since emailed the [EMAIL="eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com"]eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com[/EMAIL] address 4 times but never had any response.

    Seems ridiculous. Has anyone ever actually had a voucher?

    I've been told that my voucher should be with me at the beginning of October. I'll keep an eye out and post back if there is any issue.
