    did you receive your voucher, it is 3 months now.

    Hi Sina,

    not sure if you were asking me, but I hadn't received the voucher, and had tried numerous times to contact the e-mail address, but then found this thread and Jade works for EE and has helped me resolve the issue, my voucher was e-mailed to me today.

    Let me know if you need any help with anything, you can find the email for Jade above in this thread if you need it!

    Been sent voucher but it does not work as it says it has been replaced but i have not had a replacement. I would like to contact MSE as the offer was in conjunction with them. There seems to be no way of contacting MSE. Is this a scam? Can offers in association with MSE be trusted? Amazon do not reply to my emails.

    Also emailed Jade and Harry many times.

    Got my voucher this week after emailing the affiliate window inbox :)

    ETA Just applied it to my Amazon account and it has worked.

    Sorry not read the thread,but TCB are giving £136 back for the same deal.

    However, it does say that the offer finishes today, tracking is 60 days at the most.

  • Are we the only ones still waiting? I've emailed the affiliate windows, forward their original email with the link and am waiting for a response. It has now been five months.

    Needless to say I won't be clicking through one of those links again. I did so on the premise that it was guaranteed and relatively hassle free. Now I know better! Perhaps moneysavingexpert.com could caveat such promotions to say that the voucher doesn't always come through after the allotted time as promised.

    If only companies just did as they said.

    Doh! What a mug I've been for not checking TCB :(.
    That deal is much better than the Amazon one! Was is really £136? For which package?

    Sorry that you are having this issue. The reason the voucher wouldnt work, is because a new one would have been sent to you. Have you found the new voucher, which works?
    If not, please email me directly, including your forum username and I will investigate.
