    Hi Drtapase

MSE will be contacting you privately to ask for your contact details that they can then provide to me.
Unfortuantely I am unable to search for your email within my system, as I do not have your email address. I have requested MSE ask you for this so then I can find your emails. All queries that came in from Friday have been cleared, hence why I am keen for MSE to get your details so I can contact you directly.

I do apologise for the issues you are facing. Please keep an eye on your member inbox for a note from MSE. As soon as I have this data back I can move this along for you.

    Thanks

    Hi Jade,

Following is the content of email I received from your colleague Molly.

    Hi there,

Jade passed on your query to me.
I have had a look for your order and it appears that it has not tracked. I have now added your order to the file which is processed on the last day of the month. The voucher will be with you around the start of next month if your broadband was successfully connected.
Please contact me if the voucher is still not with you by then and thank you for being patient.
    Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

    Thanks,
    Molly

    Following is your email reply

    Hi Asha

I have spoken to my colleague Molly who has informed me she has picked this up with you.

Please let me know if you experience any further issues.

I do apologise for the issues you have faced, and hope Molly can have this sorted for you ASAP.

    Thanks
    Jade

Thanks for acknowledging my email. I am confused why it takes 1 month to process the claim. My claim was made in month of August and should have been paid by now. I hope you process my claim ASAP and so there is no glitch at last minute by the end of September and I should not be asked to wait till the end to October. Hope I don't have to wait till end of September.
  • Hi jade. I'm also awaiting my voucher, we signed up in may. I have emailed your email add and also the general one, I hope this is sorted out quickly, it's disgusting to not follow up on your offer. The broadband isn't even very fast, thanks

    Hi

Has someone from eevouchers, or myself responded to you yet?

If you havent had feedback by Monday, please let me know on here and I will have MSE pass you my direct contact details.

    Thanks
    Jade- Representing EE

NO!!! No you haven't responded and neither has anyone else from EE although I emailed you personally on 21 Aug so I don't know why you are saying that all requests received by Friday were dealt with because mine certainly wasn't, not even an acknowledgement. I will email you again right now 6.25 am on Wed 3 September with the header 'from flockofstarlings please reply'. As before it will contain all the relevant details including my DK order number.

Please reply or at least come back on here and admit you have no intention of honouring the vouchers so we can all stop wasting our time.

    Thank you.

    Hi Asha

The process with untracked sales is that we have to compile them into one sheet and send them to EE to check the status. This was initally once a month, but we are trying to do this on a fortnightly basis. Therefore as Molly has added your order in to the file now, it should go to EE mid September, and the voucher ordered and with you before the end of the month. we do apologise for the delay with this, but unfortunately due to the process that EE need to go through we cannot speed this up any quicker.

We will process this as quickly as possibly after EE have provided us with the status.

    Thanks

  • This "amazing deal " is a bit of a dead duck for me. My copper cable gives me 2mbs. This is fine for reading email but not great for much else. It is so slow that Being unlimited doesn't really come into it.

MSE are pushing out all these great Broadband deals. The new SKY deal pays YOU 20p, etc. But they are all on old copper not fibre. It is free/ Cheap because the cables are already there and no one is using them. And the great deals pay MSE commission, so for MSE they are great.

What about MSE getting a Fast Fibre Deal?

Remember. If MSE were a registered independent financial advisor they would have to invoice us instead of taking unknown amounts of commission.

Unless it's FTTP, then fibre broadband is supplied by those same copper wires between the cabinet and your house. They are also the same wires that carry your telephone signal so to say they are not being used isn't really true.

There have been fibre deals through MSE before, although obviously not as regularly, so you must have just missed them.

Yes MSE get commission, and to be fair they do say that they will, but you are not forced to take out any deal if you don't want to. If you want a better/different deal, there is nothing stopping you going out to look for one.

Just because it's a deal on MSE, doesn't mean it's money saving and beneficial to all the visitors to the site. Also, just because it's a deal on MSE, it doesn't mean you should assume it is the best deal out there. Always do you own research before taking any 'deal'.
