Registering as company representative with the name EE will be understood as you are employed by EE but I think that you work for sales company Affiliate Window. Correct?0 -

I'm having endless trouble trying to get my Amazon voucher. Signed up on 20 June, emailed eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com on 12 and 19 August. Got a reply from Harry on 19 August stating:
"We are very sorry for the inconvenience as it appears that your order has not tracked, I have now added your order to our system and to the file which is processed on the last day of the month. This will be with you around the start of the new month if your order was successfully connected, please contact me if the voucher is still not with you by then and thank you for being patient"
So on that basis I should have had my voucher in early September, but still nothing. Further emails from me dated 18 and 26 September have gone unanswered. How can I get this resolved?0 -
Equally struggling to hear anything regarding this offer.
I sent an email a week ago because I did not recieve a confirmation (family members have recieved confirmation of the Amazon voucher upon ordering their subscription) however did not recieve any response from the eevouchers email address or Jade Taylor!!
Would really appreciate a response !!0 -
I sent the 2 emails on 7/10/14 as per my original post - no reply so then sent again to both plus Molly Lediard on 13/10/14 this time saying if I didn't get a response within 48 hours I would take it further :mad: Molly replied 14/10/14 asking for DK ref from EE confirming order. I sent this and then got this response the next day:

Please find below a copy of the email I received when placing my order for home broadband and telephone with EE via the link on MoneySavingExpert.com.
I followed the link and entered all the details and placed our order on 8th May 2014 after receiving the link below and our contract with EE went live on 28th May 2014.
Please also find attached a copy of my EE bill showing my bills for 8th and 28th May 2014 as proof of my order.
It has been well over 3 months but I have still not received the promised £120 voucher for Amazon as promised. I have been looking on the MSE website forum for help and can see many other people have also had the same issue.
I can see that some of them with your help have finally been able to get this issue resolved with your help and therefore I am asking you to sort this out for me as soon as possible.
I look forward to hearing from you very soon with a resolution to this problem.0 -
Hi there,
after seeing the 18th June 2014 Money Saving Tip email, I took up the MSE Blagged hot deal for 12 months EE Homephone + Broadband deal and signed up using the MSE link.
I received a confirmation email from Voucher Window acknowledging
registration for the £120 Amazon gift certificate. My service went live on July 9th but as yet I haven't heard a peep from either Amazon or Voucher Window.
I have sent Voucher Window an email today but am sceptical of receiving any response. EE customer services deny any involvement with the deal.
Has anyone else signed up for this deal and had a similar fate??

We too signed up but I believe it said 3 months so still waiting for ours. It would be good to follow this thread.
