I am in the same position and hoping that by posting a response here results in a positive response.
Quite pleased with broadband service0 -
NOT GOT OURS EITHER!!!! 2 Separate accounts opened at different addresses, both over 3months ago and NOTHING. MSE should take some responsibility for promoting the offer.0

I have had a similar experience with Sky, the offer advertised said I would get vouchers from Sky for M and S which have arrived, however moneysavingexpert declared I would receive further vouchers from going through the affiliate site these have not arrived. I'm really cross as I would have went with Talk Talk where overall I would have received a better deal - does anyone know how I can contact moneysavingexpert to complain? Thanks0

Mine arrived tonight, email at 20.15. We were just talking about it earlier as well.0

I sent this and then got this response the next day:
I have had a look for your order and it appears that it has not tracked. I have now added your order to the file which is processed on the last day of the month. The voucher will be with you around the start of the next month if your broadband was successfully connected.
Please contact me if the voucher is still not with you by then and thank you for being patient.

Now I will check at the start of next month and update you all....
I hope this is finally sorted now... :undecided
Hello!
Could you private message me the email address you have for Molly as I have recieved no response from any other addresses!
Thank you0 -
Double-checking a statement this week, it seems we've been charged £130 worth of something (presumably line rental), for the Amazon EE package order we were told was cancelled, in favour of staying with TalkTalk.
Ugh.
Don't suppose anybody has any tips before I set aside a few hours of my precious Sunday afternoon for money which feels like it's been stolen in the most cliched, big business way, we can't afford and feels like probably won't come back?0 -

My experience is that I was invoiced only after my broadband went live and given 10 days notice of the money being collected (it still hasn't been), so if you are still using your existing broadband, this must have been a billing blunder rather than an order that wasn't properly cancelled.0 -
Thanks for your replies
I got my voucher via email last Friday but only after submitting a query via the following link:
community.ee.co.uk
Good luck everyone.:)0 -
I signed up for the EE phone/broadband deal via the link and got a confirmation page when I completed the order, which unfortunately I didn't print as I knew I would get an email.
No email arrived.
However I did get a phone call a couple of days later from EE from a lady asking if she could help me with anything - I said I'd signed up to a deal, so she checked and said it was all there. I then had a letter from EE saying that the transfer had started and was due to go live 27th Oct. I also had letters from Sky (previous provider) saying they would terminate service on 27th October. Didn't hear anything else until today (27th Oct, go-live day!) when I had a text from EE asking me to ring - I did and turns out there was a problem with my address so the order had to go through again. Now EE won't start my service until 10th Nov and if Sky do switch us off today that means no phone or broadband for 2 weeks. EE have agreed to give me a month free because of this.
However I am now worried I won't get the Amazon voucher. I've emailed the Affiliate email address and await a reply.
Really wish I hadn't bothered with this now but I trusted MSE - this is the first deal I've signed up to via MSE, won't bother again if this is the result!0 -
Hi, I am trying to sign up to this deal but am confused by the cost.
The broadband page on MSE says:
If you pay line rental upfront. The total broadband, line rental and router delivery cost for the first year is £168, equivalent to £14/mth. Plus you get the £100 Amazon voucher. If you were going to spend that at Amazon anyway, factor it in and it's effectively £68 over the year, so equivalent to just £5.66/mth.
But when I go to checkout, it is charging me £168 one off cost on the first bill and £2.50 monmthly cost for broadband.
I am being charged £30 for line installation (I already have a landline with Sky??) plus £6 router delivery.
Why would it charge me for line installation?0
