Hi all,
I have also not had my voucher. About 2 weeks ago I got the email from 'Harry' saying sorry your order did not track you'll have it by the end of the month...
I know it isn't the end of the month until tomorrow, but I sent a chaser email to ask about progress a few days ago because I was more concerned after reading this thread.
I have had no response and I am not particularly hopeful about it coming through. Having to wait 90 days after ordering the broadband service is quite long enough.
I don't know whose responsibility this truly is. It seems very odd that EE take none of the blame for their 3rd party promoter's shortcomings.
I'm wondering how long it is appropriate to wait without making a more formal complaint to relevant organisations...trading standards, advertising standards authority, and maybe try to drum up a bit of noise in the media – Twitter or BBC's watchdog anyone?

Your order would have been placed in a file which is validated at the end of the month. Please be assured this is being looked at this week and the vouchers will be sent within the next week.
Please be assured the voucher will be with you within the next week.
The reason we have to go through this process is because your order did not track with the voucher provider correctly. This would have been because the process was not completed correctly. It isnt a problem, but does mean we have to take a few extra steps to get the voucher sent to you, which obviously delays the process.
I do apologise for the delay you have experienced but can assure you the voucher will be sent shortly.

FYI, the current status is that my business has been taken back by Utility Warehouse, I am disputing my bill, your customer services colleagues have raised a 'complaint' on my behalf. They tell me incidentally that EE has written to me to explain why I must pay it. I await that letter's arrival.
I'm considering my options.

Can this deal be used when you don't have a connected phone line yet (i.e. not switching from another provider)?
I'll be moving into a new flat at the end of the month. It does have a phone line installed but will have to be connected by someone. I'm trying to avoid paying BT's reconnection fee.0 -
