[FONT="]Hi James_N
Sorry for the issue you had. The £2 deal may not have appeared on site for you, because you are not in an EE Broadband area. This offer is only available if you are in an EE area.
Please let me know if you are still having issues, or would like to know what the best deal for your area is.
Again we apologise for the confusion
Thank you

I recently signed up for EE broadband, and followed the link via the MSE website as to qualify for the Amazon voucher. However i have not received an email as it seems some of you have in order to claim it. Can anyone tell me what the email instructed them to do or does anyone know who i should contact as i don't think the deal is on behalf of EE, it seems its a MSE thing. Thanks
Hi Rossr
Sorry for the confusion with regards to the voucher process.
If you have still not recieved it please email eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com with your order reference and order date.

Then when submitting the voucher it said that I needed to then complete the registration process. When I speak to EE they say that the voucher is nothing to do with them, and I need to talk to MSE, but there is a lack of meaningful contact details on the MSE site.
Any suggestions on how to get the voucher?

OMG! I am currently in live chat with EE - apparently the £2.50 offer is not available to me as I do not live in an EE home broadband network area.......
BUT I've had orange (now EE) broadband for YEARS!!!!
I've now been told:
ok in this case you can call to our technical team and check with them
Jessica: at 14:11:05
As per our website check your address falls in non LLU area
Jessica: at 14:11:11
You can call on 08448738586 or call on 150 from your mobile they would be in right position to help you on this.
Jessica: at 14:11:16
We have a dedicated Technical desk to resolve any problem/issue that you have of this kind
I think i will look elsewhere.

Hi Innyminy
Sorry for the confusion caused with this issue.
As the customer services rep said the offers are only eligible if you are in an EE area. We are sorry this wasnt clearer. We have ensured this is stated clearer in current and future promotions.
Thank you
