I just signed up for this offer, but i got an email saying they couldnt complete the credit check.

This is no doubt because when i put the post code for my old address, it didn't come up with my flat number it was just the full property. I didnt pick one of the addresses, as i know my neighbours always had severe debt problems.

i got an email confirming my order and someone will contact me in a few days to continue this process

i am worried that if this process is not completed by the 22nd June i will not be able to get the voucher

I rang them and the person on the phone said the date they use is the date you registered with them and i will still get the voucher but i am still worried, as often contact centre staff just fob you off to get you off the phone

    what do people think?

    Hi Fraulein Kunst

Sorry for the issues you have had with this offer.

We will happily check if your order has tracked with the voucher correctly. Please email your order reference and order date to eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com.

    Thank you

Same worry here that I won't get the voucher : although I registered for the voucher using the link provided in MSE's email (Wednesday), and completed an online application to switch to EE, I still haven't received anything confirming that my voucher was being processed, not even an aknowledgement email.
I am a bit worried now, as this was the main reason for me to switch...

    Hi Marmelade

Sorry for the confusion with this offer.

Have you received your voucher yet? If not we can happily checked it has registered correctly. Please email eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com with your order reference and order date and we will investigate.

Again we apologise for the inconvenience

I'm in exactly the same position as Moneyer. I just phoned EE and they said I should have received an email from Money Supermarket (sic) confirming that I have applied under this offer. They said as my transfer is not due to go live until 1 July, I can phone any time up to 30 June to cancel the order if I have not had the email and am not happy.
I'm not convinced the guy knew what he was talking about however.
It is very unsatisfactory that we have no confirmation that the Amazon voucher offer will be applied, especially as there was no indication when I clicked through to EE from the registration email that I was applying under the MSE offer. It's a bit like the lottery of getting cashback via Top Cashback or Quidco, except that in this case I don't even have the comfort of knowing whether the cashback has tracked. I wish now I had applied using the phone number provided; at least I would have had someone from EE confirming to me that my application was going through under this offer.
The offer would not be worth taking up without the Amazon voucher, yet I'm now supposed to wait 3 months or more before I get any clue whether the voucher will be forthcoming or not?

    Hi Dauphin

Sorry for the voucher and service issues you have experienced.

Firstly with regards to the voucher, have you received it yet? If not please send your order reference and order date to eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com and we can look in to this for you.

With regards to your service issues MSE will be contacting you privately to gather some information so that EE can deal with this directly for you.

Again we aplogise for the inconvenience caused and we hope to solve these issues as soon as possible.

    Thank you

I wrote to MSE right at the very beginning..... Not a single reply. Hoping that forum exposure might actually evoke a response..... Probably not - losing faith.....

    Hi Leigh

Sorry for the issue you have had with this offer.

All EE offers and products are dependent on your area. If you arent within an EE area you will not have access to certain deals. We apologise that this wasnt clearer in the messaging of the offer. If you are still interested in purchasing with EE please let me know and I can go through the products available in your area.
Please be assured for future promotions we are making it clearer of the eligiblity.

    Thank you

I tried to get this deal from EE. I used the voucher code given and the link from MSE but they quoted much higher prices. I queried it using EE's chat system. They told me it is a mistake on the MSE website:

EE : This is not a scam
Dave: Then let me have the deal
EE : It is website error on part of MSE
EE : MSE is a third party dealer
Dave : I very much doubt that but I will tell them you said so.

I have made a formal complaint and will refer them to Ofgem. Doubt it will get me anywhere but if enough people tell Ofgem they might act.

    Regards
    Dave.

    Hi Sailbadthesinner2

Sorry to hear you had issues with this.

The offer is not a scam. However eligibility for the offer is dependent on being in an EE area. We apologise that firstly this wasnt clear on site, and secondly that the customer services web team did not pick up on this. Please be assured we are making this clearer in the messgaing of the offer.
If you are still looking for an offer in your area, let me know and I can look at what is available to you.

    Thank you

    Hello big scary forum!

So, I went through the link to purchase the broadband on MSE with EE and being an EE customer, I was set up for that one.

All gone through, all complete but I have not received the amazon voucher?

Rang EE and they say it is MSE's problem, but for love nor money I can not find a contact on here to ring and see what is going on with it?

I am super new to this, have I just been sold something that doesn't exist? Is the voucher actually real?!

    Please help!

    x

    Hi socksandsocks

The vouchers are real yes. The are sent via email within 3 months of connecting your broadband.

If you havent recieved them within this time, please contact eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com with your order reference and order date, and we will investigate for you.

    Thank you

The EE community has been in existence for some time so I am unsure why MSE are making it sound like its new thing created specifically for these issues? Also, the community site is just that, a community of users. I've never seen any agents or staff on there so I am unsure what help this will be.

    Hi Pinkuk

Please be assured there are customer services representatives on the community.ee.co.uk site ready to answer any service queries you have.

Yes, I realised that when I followed MSE Nick's link, but I've followed the procedure he suggested, so let's see what he says on Monday, as promised.
In fact it would seem that Nick's possibly been given a link by the EE people and not even bothered to check where it led, because, as you say pinuk, Nick's post is completely misleading. My first impression from Nick's post was that the link led to a specific area on the EE forum that had been set up to deal with the Amazon voucher problem, but it just leads to a general community discussion forum.

Come on MSE; this offer was exclusively via MSE. This sorry business has been dragging on for weeks, and your lack of interest is shabby; as far as I can see there's only been two posts about it from MSE staff, and EE won't talk to us punters directly about it, they say it's MSE's problem.
You really need to start taking this seriously, or your wonderful reputation is in danger of being badly stained.

    Hi Mushypeaman

Sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing.

As Nick (MSE) mentionned we do have a site where you can log any service issues (community.ee.co.uk). We have customer services representatives on this forum to answer any service issues you have.

If you are having any voucher issues (i.e. you havent received it yet and its been 3 months from connection) please contact eevouchers@affiliatewindow.com with your order reference and order date.

We do apologise for the issues you have experienced and we will do our best to resolve these.

    Thank you
