SFD hurrah! That takes me up to the grand total of 7, half way there I guess but pretty poor!Squirrelling away in September No 33It's not about the money, it's about financial freedom, being in control of it and living in the natural world and not a material world0

Did a lot of walking today and enlisted OH to finish one of my house jobs
And 3rd SFD in a run, I'm trying for 6 in a run but I'm not convinced I'll manage - the 15 may just be achievable didn't think I'd be able to say that when I was on day 7.
Measurements tomorrow and back in the office... night all.0 -
ARGHHHHHH! Wondered why the balance on the spending CC hadn't gone to 0, I paid the wrong card DUH!
A few phone calls tomorrow then!Squirrelling away in September No 33It's not about the money, it's about financial freedom, being in control of it and living in the natural world and not a material world0 -
Post daily: 23/30
Decluttering: 87/100
Jobs applied for: 13
Exercise: 16/20
SFD: 12/15
Food: £103.99/£150
Petrol: £35.28/£100
Misc spends: £147.50/£160
Yesterday I went out for a two course dinner and only spent £3We had Pizza Express and I had £30 of vouchers from Tesco so only had to cover my drink and she covered the tip. I'm glad it came in that cheaply - I still have a hope of hitting my spending target for the first month!
I'm adding today as a SFD. I'm going to the movies later, but have a cinema pass and will take my own popcorn and water. Hopefully I won't give in to temptation0 -
morning all,
sfd for me yest. unfortunately i couldnt do a gym class as i hurt waaaaaayyyy to much from body pump on monday:o so just did a feeble 20 min gentle swim and lay in sauna to try and relax muscles. slightly better so considering doing body step tonight.
i want to persevere with body pump as its the best way to change your body shape but the problem is i need to do it twice per week really (mon and fri) but that then means i hurt too much to do other classes which are cardio based so whilst i will get toned i wont loose as much weight.will take a few weeks before i can do it without totally killing after so may have to accept weight loss will slow down while i get used to it.
i used to do a class every day and would actually do spin straight before pump but i am def not up to that now!
got my cheque from cpp yest for £112 :T need to get some quotes from an electrician but think i am going to op it off the mortgage:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j0 -
Morning All...... well now I have made it to yet another venue. No one really knows where everybody from my building might be so there is every chance I can leave early today especially since I don't have a lot to do.
Not in as much pain as I thought I might be which is good but means I can hit it again today with more kettlebells. I really need some intence cardio to make me feel like something is acutally happening but my area is so close to the motorway and I really want to sell my bike not scrape it from underneath a lorry....:rotfl:
So I shall just concentrate on my kettlebells and see what can be done in the space of these 36 days..
So my food budget it all blown. I am still bringing lunch into work everyday so I am saving money there - however 95p spent today on toast as there is no where to make my porridge. Grr!
Who said it was 6 sleeps until payday?. It's amazing I forgot just how close it is - 30th for me so that's 6 sleeps from today I guess.
Off to see my cousin in Horsham on Saturday so that will incur some petrol costs - but it will be a nice if hectic day! Just a little more reliable using the bike as trains would be a nightmare for me over the weekend. I hate living so far out of London...
Apart from that I haven't got a hole heap going on over here in NSK land. Being fat, getting rid of fat and fitting my fat bottom into my clothes is number 1 priority. :T:T:T“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent".0 -
I've removed my SFD because I needed to get a bottle of water and didn't realise you have to spend over £2.50 to redeem Nectar points. Bah.0

Gym day today.... lots of abs and shoulder work
Probably an SFD as Him Indoors is out so I can tackle the hallway and sort some stock for Sunday's fair...‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.

- save £1025/£500:D
- 12/15 sfds
- groceries £157/£200
- 11/10 30 mins+ walks
I also intend to clear out the freezer, do more crafting and live a healthier life in April*hangs head in shame* I'm going to go over my grocery budget, why do I do it? I was tempted by offers in an email from and online grocer and have placed an order for £60. Thing is, essentials (such as bread) are actually cheaper at Mr A's so I'll have to head there this weekend too. Not daft enough to order food stuff online I know I can get cheaper in town, just daft enough to be tempted by posh food deals.
Have "justified" it by telling myself we're not going out this weekend so the treats will replaced that.0 -
Another NSD in the bag :j. Admittedly, not a very big bag, nor a bag bulging at the seams, but a steadily filling up bag!
Got home quickly from work to discover that lovely neighbour had taken my dd and hers to the park. So I did a short but intense workout. ZWOW #21. 10 minutes of: 10 burpee (with push up) and handstand + 5 ninja jump tuck (always make me think of kat! + 10 squat with side kick. I just about managed 3 rounds - ooph!
There's an ALDEE VOUCHER in tomorrow's paper so must remember to get that. Though must weigh up whether I'll actually spend £40 there next week...NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0
