Hello everyone!!!
:easter: I hope everyone got lots of :icotbaske I know I'm pagan, but we do celebrate Ostara late in March which is a time of fertility, hence the eggs and the rabbits (old fertility symbol), so I feel justified for my emoticons haha!!!... albeit a bit late!
Had a spendy week and gone over my limitand not going to reach my SFD ttarget either
- on the plus - I have lost 4lbs, and am keeping the gym up. Also had a bit of a fridge clear out today using up stuff that was on the turn, rather than let it go off and have to chuck it because I wasn't in the mood to eat it... I've got to develop better habits with cooking.
Having a lazy bank holiday although working tomorrow for a few hours, but that's ok as it's BH rate so all extra pennies :j
Have a great evening folks x

Spend day again! This month my SFDs are so few and far between
today I spent £2.50 to have a drink with friends and then got petrol on the way home.
Tonight I am going to do my spreadsheet, which is way out of date, and hopefully the will shock me into not spending anymore!

Hello Raindrops...
I have slept, I have ate and I am feeling a little dizzy but I think that's just cause my rollers are in to tight. So glad though that there are a good few of you ready for the "Fat Fighters" club....:T:T:T
So there are no scales in the house but I am guestimating that I am around 13 stone at the moment or just under. I have always been (and been happy with ) being 11 stone but yes the BMI knocks me down to 10 stone something which I think is unrealistic and possibly a little to thin - but I am aiming for 63 KG and I want to see how possible that is...
So I have two kettle bells to help me, a 12KG and a 16KG which I will use 3 times a week to start with although at the moment the 16KG can only be used for minimal training as its way to heavy.
I have Yogalates Dvd's by Stacey Soloman which I found to be great when used along side HIIT (high intensity interval training).
Now I just need to find motivation after a grotty day at work day....:rotfl:“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent".0 -
I'm back from Devon, again!
OH had one or two issues so I drove down to spend the weekend with her and give her some support. Had a lovely weekend, as always.
What that means though is that I have blown my fuel budget for the second month running. I'm not overly concerned because no big trips planned and it should last me a good part of May.
Got a little bit of my food budget left but don't really need anything else so should be ok.
I am going to be joining you all on the weight loss thing. Will measure tomorrow though because I always weigh myself first thing in the morning. Like many of you, I'm going to be using the BMI thing as a guide but I would be happy to lose a stone and some. My besties wedding is March next year and I will look lovely in the bridesmaid dress, I will, I will, I will!Feb NST #4

Evening All
Congratulations Lucky starr, that's a huge amount paid off.
I will be cheering you all on from the sidelines with regard to weightloss & fitness. Although I need to get moving, I've been left with a hacking cough from recent cold and until that's clear, I'm off exercise!
SFD for me today. Surprisingly stress free family lunch, dd was extremely well behaved and no-one stormed out, which is a first!
Totals for me so far:
10/15 SFD
£96.52/£100 food budget
6/30 items decluttered
4/18 Exercise 3x weekly
19/30 Meal plan and eat 3 times a day
£0/£3 food bank
Get all paperwork organised
All a/c I do for others up to date
20/30 Keep the flat looking straight, not the current 'a bomb's just gone off' look
19/30 NO TV

Good morning all
I didn't get on yesterday because I couldn't get MSE to load on my phone when I tried to post  It was nearly midnight and I just couldn't face getting out of bed to find my laptop so I'm still counting an attempt as a posting day
Spending this weekend has been quite prolific, so here's the damage:- It must be weight-loss season, but I rejoined WW. I'm a gold member but WAY over goal so it's £5.50 every time I go to get weighed. It's a lot to spend, but the meetings really help me to focus and being charged weekly will focus my mind!
- £17 on dinner out as I had a friend visiting
- £7.50 on a visit to the local bird sanctuary with said friend. It's a great day out and the owl flying displays are so much fun
All that spending takes me up to £144 with nine days to go (!)
My food budget is just over £100 spent which is roughly on target. I just need to keep a careful eye on my spending.
I'm declaring today as a SFD and will get exercise done too. My new job isn't really easy for buses, so at the moment I'm getting one bus to town and then walking to work which is earning me about a mile and a half each day, then going for a long walk at lunchtime too.0 -
- save £1025/£500
- 11/15 sfds
- groceries £155/£200
- 11/10 30 mins+ walks
I also intend to clear out the freezer, do more crafting and live a healthier life in April
Hope you've all enjoyed the Easter weekend.
Ended up doing another Mr A shop. I only wanted to buy some flowers and bread but Hubby insisted we got more booze in for the weekend...which we still have left over as no-one really drank much!
Cooked the huge turkey crown and gammon and we now have 10 meals worth of turkey and 8 of gammon so freezer is full once more:rotfl:0 -

I am happy to share this with you guys...
My motorbike gear is getting to tight as well. Frightening. The stairs at my local train station nearly kill me every morning....
I am so disappointed in myself.
For you to say this is nuts frankly. Look round. read again about all these people who have joined your challenges and paid off debt.
See what you have achieved.
You have been an amazing inspiration for so many people.
I appreciate you may feel unhappy that your health has suffered and your fitness levels aren't what they were but please don't write that you are disappointed in yourself.
It happens, you focus on one thing and others go by the wayside. I am sure now you have this in your sights 6 weeks and those stairs will be as nothing to you

Morning all,
How did you all find the first day of getting trimmer?
I was generally good with food, although did have a cookie before bed, but didn't get any exercise done. Today, I'm off to the gym in a moment then have some heavy lifting to do at home and then will walk the dogs later.
Planning on having a SFD today as long as OH doesn't notice he is out of bread!

SFD yesterday; also, the discovery that my scales are showing 3% less fat than last week... so I will carry on with those circuits‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.
