I'm meeting a friend after work so it won't be a SFD today and I don't want to update my exercise total as the weather is AWFUL! Hopefully it'll brighten up and I'll still get my 20 minute pre-work wander0 -
Hi all. I hope everyone had a good easter. I've been MIA for a while as still have a bit of this cold lingering and it's a nuisance  Funnily enough, yesterday I told myself, enough's enough, I need to sort my body out. And as much as I hate exercise, I will do something low impact until cold has gone then I will be back on the shred and alternate with other stuff.
I have not spent in a few days actually, so nothing to report there. I'm actually doing my best no have 0 spend days as the next few months will be hard financially. I have the little fellas 6th birthday and my middle sons 15th next month. Oh just realised I spent £35 on daughters chemistry tutor on Sunday. But this was money well spent, as she seems very happy with himAlso just made a payment to MBNA of 52.00.
Well I'm gonna catch up on the pages of this thread. Keep going everyone and take care:A Your Always in my heart, you never ever will be forgotten-9/9/14:heart2:0 -

NSD. One walk done and quite a lot of carrying things up and down stairs. more paperwork thinned and found the height/ weight chart - still in the very overweight category (think they are frightened of calling it morbidly obese any more) but very close to the line for being just overweight.
Going out again in a bit as there is a skip with plastic pots and some good soil in - already taken a washing up bowl to start peas and beans in (have a cupboard full of loo roll tubes - I have the roo-trainers but toilet rolls work better). Think there are only builders working on the house (a lot of rotten wood in the bottom) and people only usually object to you putting things into skips but would rather do it under cover of darkness - using my faithful old dolly truck. My mission in life is not only to survive, but to thrive and to do so with some Passion, some Compassion, some Humour and some Style.NST SEP No 1 No Debt No mortgage0 -
Came down with an awful cold this morning, had to go out to the post office to send an ebay parcel and ended up getting cookies at the supermarket and eating them all whilst stuck at home the rest of the day. So no SFD and bad on the health front, but did pick myself out of bed this evening and get some exercise done, so that's lycra #16 and feeling much better for it.New graduate trying to get debt-free.
Make £5/day challenge: August £84.08/155
I owe £5400 (plus £34,000 Student Finance)

Hello Raindrops! Absolute nightmare of a day today. I'll spare u the details but suffice to say I didn't make it into the office today because someone fluffed up and I ended up at the wrong venue. GREAT!!
More importantly following a nap when I got home I did a work out.
In my garage, with JLO in my ears I managed 30 minutes of kettlebells training using a few different exercises. I clearly need to do some 'core' work as well but don't really want to scare myself just yet.
Beddington for me right now but hopefully more tomorrow!
SFD though too which was great. I was super strong today in that regard. Gotta stop 'treating' myself with food..:-))“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence.
