:T:T:TNSK; The April Power Shower :T:T:T
You Can Do Anything!!!

In my eternal search for a title with oomph I always try to ensure there is a drive behind it, a story perhaps or an anecdote to make things a little more interesting and a little more endearing to those pushing through what could be the most difficult battle of their lives. The debt battle.

My challenges have been centred on participants doing what I tell them. Well, most of them anyway. :p It is hard however, to encompass rules and regulations that will appeal and assist persons from every walk of life - sometimes people feel left out - sometimes rules don’t apply to their lives or sometimes it just proves to hard to do and I lose them by the wayside…:(:(:( Many more however have become, or are about to become, debt free for the first time in their lives. And I love it! :)

Soooooooooo this month marks the 31st year of my life (big fat groan) and as a celebration (sort of) ....
I am letting you make up the rules.
**rubbing hands in mischeivous glee**

The Big Three
  • You MUST aim for 15 Spend Free Days.
  • You MUST set budgets for EVERYTHING.
  • You MUST pay your debt’s (and overpayments) first before anything else.
So why the title name?? Because I literally want each and every one of you to realise your own potential! It’s a shower of power that will rain down on each of us when we take the first step to debt freedom.

Owning up to what has brought us to this situation is the first step. Then dear reader you might realise that since your financial status is being cleaned up, you might want to tidy up other areas of your life. The empowerment that ensues when you realise what you can do when you put your mind to it is astounding and I will tell you now you will not recognise yourself!

My Dad’s words when I was a kid were simple “You can do anything”. It’s why I am debt free now, and it’s why my life has changed exponentially since I started my debt journey. I finally found it within myself to realise his words and make them real.

So think carefully - write them on this thread - what do you want? How are you going to plan this month around your life? What are you going to allow yourself? What are you going to restrict.....
:T:T:T Now lets see what you're made of!!! :T:T:T

The mind is the limit. As long as the mind can envision the fact that you can do something, you can do it, as long as you really believe 100 percent.

Thanks NSK for setting this new challenge. Please add me in.

It's a great month for me to challenge myself as I have a few decisions to make. I've also booked annual leave from 17th April till May bank holiday to sort things out around the house, garden, life etc. Only a small job there then :rotfl:

Will add my goals in the next day or so.
