    Hello everyone.
Not much to report NSD again.
Have put 20 items on turbo-lister to be uploaded tomorrow night. Not high value items but if/when they sell there will be less clutter.
Up to date with surveys. Not very near to payment level though.

Why can't I get the smilies to work?

I'm spending the evening watching "African Railway" and drinking rooibos tea. Educational and tasty, respectively!

[edit to say, check in 2/25... not sure who started their check-in day tally further up the thread but I am stealing the idea - thank you!]

Hiya, sorry to have been absent since Feb! May I join in please?

    My aims are:-

    1. Take inventory of food cupboards and freezer and meal plan for the days we are here.
    2. We are away 16-23rd April - going to Majorca. Everything is paid for except the cat sitter who is booked and budgeted for. I have got my Euros and will not spend anymore than I have budgeted.
    3. When husband pays me back for his share of the holiday, I will pay it off my credit card.
    4. I will not buy any camping gear this month no matter how tempted. I will make a list of anything I see which I think I need and then reassess in May prior to our first camping trip.
    5. I will not buy any clothes. We all have enough. I just need to get sandals for M for our hols.
    6. £3 to food bank
    7. 2 meals out (other than hol). Booked and budgeted for.
    8. Use Tesco clubcard points for cinema trip.
    9. Take lunch to work every day and stay out of Costa.
    10. Complete transfer of current account to co-op bank (for £100 :j)
    11. Declutter 30 items.
    12. List at least 10 things on Ebay.
    13. Complete first Public Law course assignment.
    14. Bake rather than buy cake.
    15. Stick to budgets as set out in signature.

Things have been a bit rough lately. I am struggling with things at the moment and hoping the holiday will help.I have had a bad neck (and associated headaches) so am having physio for that (I have lousy posture) and I have started getting indigestion again (post gallbladder removal in Dec). In bed, if I prop myself up to reduce indigestion, my neck is worse and if I lie level to help my neck, my indigestion is worse! With all this I haven't been sleeping great but today found out I am anaemic which will be adding to my generally feeling tired and run down. Hopefully new tablets to reduce acid and increase iron will help and I will be like a new woman (here's hoping)!

Off to catch up the thread and then an early night xx

    Evening All,

SFD for me today as work day, and what a horrible day it was!!! 15 patients and just me and 2 staff nurses due to staff not turning up. Wednesday is consultants rounds and he likes them all up and sitting by their beds for him, not much chance of that this morning especially as half of the patients need 2 people to get out of bed. I get the feeling I'm going to be hearing those call bells going in my sleep!! I feel like I spend all my time cleaning bums, whether it be at work or at home!!

Dolly84 - really!!! that long!!! I'll be a wreck by the time DD turns 3 at this rate!

    Totals today:
    1/15 SFD
    £10.32/£100 food budget
    5/30 items decluttered
    1/18 Exercise 3x weekly
2/31 Meal plan and eat 3 times a day
    £0/£3 food bank
    Get all paperwork organised
All a/c I do for others up to date
2/31 Keep the flat looking straight, not the current 'a bomb's just gone off' look
2/31 Update my budget spreadsheet daily
    2/31 NO TV

Like the 'listing all spends idea'! Am off to A*da tmrw to stock up on cat food & a few other essentials so will be spending, but will stick to my list like glue. Off to plow through a bin bag full of someone else's receipts now!!

Have a good evening all xxx

    Another SD today.

It was a planned spend, trip to the salon (budgetted and paid for for the year) so had to pay parking. I really need to look into any free parking in the area).

Unfortunately on the way there, my rear drivers side light cluster fell out of my car. I took it in for it's service and MOT a few weeks ago and needed two new brake lights. Looks like they didn't fit them back in properly. The garage will have a hopefully not so fuming shy waiting at the door as it opens tomorrow morning. They don't know it yet, but they are going to fix it for free, no matter what! I am determined.

Popped into sainsbos on the way home from the salon, got some quorn sausages that weren't in more reasons. Had to redeem the cost of the parking ticket.

Quick check in had my first SFD today and managed to do a little de-cluttering, also finished recovering sofa cushions so i'm feeling rather pleased with myself.:)

Purplejay - My mother had the same op same problem with indigestion, her doctor suggested elevating the head of the bed using a couple of bricks, it didn't stop the indigestion completely but did alleviate it somewhat.

    Evenings all,

Sorry to hear you are not well purple jay, hope the tablets work wonders :)

Spend day today as OH is on his first run of nights and needed more sandwich making ingredients and sugary foods to make it through.

Made money doing extra tutoring and just finished my lesson planning so off to bed, very weary but grateful it's nearly the weekend :)
