This is great. Well think I may have to go for it with second year prices being so good and you get some cover :D:D

pinksleepybear-do you know if you get any discounts of any of the therapies that Champney do. Am thinking of joining up and doing a Champney weekend with my sister and I :D Thank You

  • You get one 25min massage included with your night's stay. These are very variable in quality. It's best to be as specific as possible with the therapist about what you want. Twenty-five minutes just isn't long enough for a proper full body massage, so I usually just ask them to concentrate on my back and shoulders.

You don't get any further discount on treatments through Pruhealth once you're at Champneys, but if you go to the treatments reception area in the morning (they open at 9am) you can usually get discounted Thalasso or Rasul sessions if they have spare places.

Which one are you going to?
  • Have to join the pru first but will probably go to the Tring one :D

Went to Cannons gym yesterday, and noticed no chlorine smell in the pool. I wonder what they use instead?

They're probably cutting back because of all the people paying pennies for gym membership

There's a £25 per person/per night supplement for Tring. You might be better off looking at their promotions and booking directly,

Or alternatively, wait until you're Platinum to get the cheaper rates.

Quite a lot of people do 'swipe and go' at my Virgin gym and they say that it registers.

At my gym (LA Fitness) you have to hand your card over to a member of staff to gain access which makes swipe and go quite difficult - I have done it a few times though but feel so weird walking out 2 mins later. And I don't want to call attention to the fact afterall :o
