I thought the gym faxed it for you. They did that the last time.
I got a photocopy of the stats they took but it's all hand written, I noticed it doesn't have my Pruhealth ID on so I don't know how Pru will know which account to add the points to. It does actually have the name of the gym and is signed.
I think I'll give it a few days, then fax it off myself if I haven't had a reply.
yes the gym offered to fax it for me too. i never got a copy though.
i will ask pru to send me a copy if poss. i am also a bit peed the assessment did not include body fat.

Over the past three months I've been charged my LA Fitness premium and the Pru Health one but I've also had two extra charges from Pru Health for Vitality Benefits for £50 and £38. Both times a letter informing me has arrived a few days before saying they are taking this out. As I've been away for a while I'm only looking into this now. Does anyone know what this is for? Its £88 more than I was ever expecting to pay. Think I'm going to cancel mine now as my gym also wasnt recording my visits correctly and I now pay £25pm0

I have just done a quote for my wife, as she has no medical insurance, and also wants to join the gym (so perfect!).
My question:
I didn't use quidco before getting the quote. When I get home 2nite, can I use quidco and go through the details again, and get the cashback? I haven't applied or paid or anything yet, just got the quote.0 -
Anyone help?0

Only 15 visits/month counts for twice-a-week thing;) .
So if I go 30 times one month, and nothing else on other 2 months, then that will count as just 15 visits in 3 month so be-careful:o .
Hi QQuaver,
I was wondering if you have conifrmed this with Pru as I didn't see this anywhere on my documentation when I joined? The reason I'm asking is that I'm in this situation and need 17 visits this month to make up my time!!!! Please let me know
Ta
