Have OVIVO gone bust?

How are people filing their Paypal claims online?
I'm opening this dispute because:
I haven't received my item.
Or
I received my item, but it is significantly not as described.
If the not described option, what are you choosing tick boxes wise as none seem to be applicable.
I bought 2 sims on the 13th Feb, gutted.
I also have my own Ovivo sim with £27.99 credit on it, £15 of that is my own money, the rest was from transferring my number and 2 referrals for the 2 sims I bought last month.
Well, maybe you can try a paypal claim, and COMMIT FRAUD by making false claims. because there is nothing in the terms of sale which said you were guaranteed service for x number of years.
Paypal being what it is you'll probably get a refund because the company will be swamped and unable to respond to all disputes.0 -

Excuse me....fraud????
Lots of people including myself have paid for something but have either barely received any service (4 weeks in my case for 2 sims with very little use) or none at all for a lot of people.

No, mine aren't like this however I have just noticed that both PAC numbers they've given me are exactly the same so I'm not convinced they'll work
Yes I have 2 mobiles and have been sent the same PAC numberhow is that going to work?
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -
Some people on HUKD have also had the same PAC numbers as each other. However, thereafter some requested their PAC number again and were sent a different one.0

The pac code is like a validation code. So it will stop people stealing other peoples phone numbers.
e.g. PAC code should stop paparazzi stealing a celebrities phone number for a short while by transferring the number onto another network on a payg sim card.
The pac code doesn't have to be unique. I think at this stage it doesn't matter - they're expecting everyone to port out so they just set everyone up with the same pac code.
I think some hilarity will ensue amongst schoolkids who used ovivo and decide to steal each others phone numbers as a prank.0 -

The codes are unique, the only people getting the same PAC codes are people with more than 1 number to switch in one go. Some people have had emails with errors in them but these have been corrected on request.0 -
I have 2 sims, one for me one for my wife, and 2 distinct accounts, yet twice the same PAC.
So I'd guess everyone has the same PAC. Which is likely to create more problems!0 -
Technically, isn't the £20 for the sim card? If you got it, then IMO you shouldn't claim back the money from PayPal. The item you paid for was provided. I am not 100% sure, but I don't think PayPal covers the loss of service from a mobile company.
Anyway I do think that if you put in a claim, saying for example you didn't receive the item, then you'd win, since Ovivo, having gone bust, won't answer PayPal's request for information.
If someone's ordered a sim and it hasn't arrived yet, then fair enough.0
