  • Only last week MSE was recommending them in his news letter to the over 50,s http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/tips/12-03-2014/

It would be helpful if he published a statement.

  • We all pay when too good to be true deals are heavily promoted. I have every right to voice my opinion. I don't take out too good to be true deals. The promoter should pay when deals go bad. The costs should not be passed on to all of us by encouraging the use of chargeback or claims on credit cards - it is increasing the costs on all of us and unless the promoter pays there is no reason not to advertise the next too good to be true deal.
  • Published a statement saying what exactly? That OVIVO is bankrupt?

Dont be stupid. To say exactly what happened which he promised to do on twitter last night.

  • Dear o dear. Lets nip this in the bed before you start giving people incorrect false hope.

The payment was made to OVIVO and not MSE.

Its not false advertising as you got what MSE advertised. Its not MSE's fault that OVIVO went bankrupt.

Your logic and consumer rights knowledge is flawed.

Again, you have NO right to claim against MSE.

How have customers sold the deal by MSE got what they paid for?

people saying they are receiving OVI1111111 as pac code
6 digit code being their number. Can anyone confirm whether its first 6 numbers of the phone number or the last 6 numbers.
if this is the case I will call another network and change y number without waiting for pac code.

So if you had used Ovivo and recommended it to friends and family would you be refunded all of their money to them as well????
Treat everyday as your last one on earth! and one day you will be right.
