Let's put it that way. If you're due to receive it, you won't miss it. Ovivo have now sent me 5 emails with my PAC.
It would have been simpler to have given us some notice... although I can see it would have cost them a bomb as everyone would have tried to use their credit in some way.0 -

Anyone taking out the deal via MSE was using a commercial service and has consumer rights to make a complaint to MSE if you feel you were missold, then if not satisfied Trading Standards and Advertising Standards Authority.

Do you understand that MSE is a sales channel? Why does the Advertising Standards Authority accept complaints about advertisements on MSE? Trading Standards Camden is the legal backstop for the ASA.
If you have not received what MSE sold you then you have the right to ask MSE for your money back.0 -
