Let's put it that way. If you're due to receive it, you won't miss it. Ovivo have now sent me 5 emails with my PAC.

It would have been simpler to have given us some notice... although I can see it would have cost them a bomb as everyone would have tried to use their credit in some way.

Do you understand that MSE is a sales channel? Why does the Advertising Standards Authority accept complaints about advertisements on MSE? Trading Standards Camden is the legal backstop for the ASA.


If you have not received what MSE sold you then you have the right to ask MSE for your money back.

i got my pac code this morning via email, it states that you have 30 days to use it.

I ordered and activated the sim last week, not even hardly used it yet. I'm so glad that I paid by credit card and I will get the £20 back via dispute.
