My take on this is that the OP thought there might be some mileage in a relationship with the ex boss but now she has realised she was just a bunk up she is panicking that she's going to be left on her own.

When all is said and done....If your going to screw your relationship up over another person. Make sure he's worth it.;)

I'm going to see my boyfriend today for the first time since thursday morning and I really don't know what to say to him.
What did happen anyway, OP?0 -
I told my boyfriend the whole story and he said he still loved me and he wanted to try again although obviously there's a lot we'll have to work on as a couple and a lot of stuff I need to work on about myself. He's moved back in and I left him on good terms to go to work. When I got back from work he seemed a bit off with me (I know that's to be expected but he seemed majorly off). Anyway he eventually confessed that he'd been thinking about everything whilst I was at work and wasn't sure about anything anymore. I decided to sleep in the spare room to give him some space to think and that's where we're at at the minute so kinda back to square one but at least he knows the truth about everything.Rottensocks wrote: »What did happen anyway, OP?0 -
That's quite heartening rachiibel. What did your boyfriend make of this thread then?0

Did you tell the full story? ie you got smashed and your pished, drugged up boss took you to a hotel room (twice!), spanked you, pulled your hair and you did a bit of snogging and groping? But nothing happened (;))
Holy crap! I know what would have happened if I told my mrs that had happened to me - I'd be wearing my balls as earrings, that's for sure!0 -

And how do you feel now? Better? Worse?
Credit to you for telling him though. That must have been challenging.0 -

I felt much better for telling him especially when we agreed to work through everything. But now he's changed his mind I don't really know what to think. I can't blame him obviously because I know I've done wrong and I would find it hard to forgive but it's left me feeling very confused as I don't know where I stand.0 -
Where you stand ? Work on yourself to be a better you , keep your head low and don't even think to press your b/f for an answer on where you stands , that would been very unfair and selfish . Good luck xrachiibell wrote: »I felt much better for telling him especially when we agreed to work through everything. But now he's changed his mind I don't really know what to think. Refers usually to difficult choice between two undesirable options.
Often people seem to use this word mistakenly where "quandary" would fit better.0
