Thankyou thats really kind,i hope he can see the difference since he went .the doctor did give me anti depressants i just chose not to take them i dont like the idea of using tablets to make me happy but maybe i should try them
payday loans is out anyway i keep getting declined probably a good thing at the minute if im honest.im sure it will get better just takes time
spoke with the dwp im to go in on friday to discuss my option so hoping i can claim something im picking a supporting letter up of my doctor in the morning to go with any claim i can put in .hope that helps
    xx

Of course he will notice a difference, even though you're having financial trouble at the minute he will see how much happier and relaxed you are by not having to walk on eggshells around your ex. I know what you mean about taking tablets, I was unsure at first but I told myself they're going to be a temporary solution to help me get back on my feet, and I reduced my intake once I was ready to, and weaned myself off them. They can make you feel a little sick once you first start but it's worth it.

That's a good start getting a supporting letter. Hopefully you can get yourself out of your troubles with money. Just remember you're all your son has and he needs his mam, kids can survive on basic food and lots of love from their mams (or/and dads). You'll be just fine. Xx

What you need to do is go for a nice walk with your son maybe to the park to clear your head and give him something to do. In the olden days people used to make their own entertainment and you might have a game of I Spy or something with regards to the wildlife around you. Things will get better, you just need to hang in there ! Where would your son be without you?

I agree, go for a walk, to the park, take a few sandwiches and a football. I'm skint at the minute aswell and feel guilty that I can't take my kids places like swimming, soft play etc. So we go for walks with the dog and pick flowers, and then cuddle up on the settee with films. Or play board games.

I think you maybes should contact your health visitor at the doctors surgery, explain what you are going through. They will help you or point you in the right direction. Or what about citizens advice? They're pretty good.

I wish you lived closer so I could help you. I really feel for you. But please ring your health visitor or citizens advice. Let us know how you get on x

Basically they can't take you benefit money for overdrafts or debts, and if they have you can ask for it back !

Hugs hun please please please dont feel like that you WILL get through this and your son needs his mum he really really does.

I would contact CAB, your health visitor or GP and just talk to someone else and explain everything to them and see if they can point you in the right direction. Have you tried calling the job centre again and asking for your meeting on friday to be moved to maybe tomorrow?

Please dont worry about not doing anything with your son, you will be surprised how little they think that is important at this stage. Even if you get on the floor with him and play some games or something I am sure that would be fine. Going for a walk is also a fab idea and maybe collect some leaves and twigs etc and make a picture out of them when you get home?

    Hi Natalie

I read this article recently and thought of you - kids don't need all the material trappings that us modern mums have been led to believe they do. I hope you both had fun at the park xx

hi i am suprised that u have been to foodbank 3 times in a week when we went we got loads enough to last us for a while.(ure usually only allowed 3 times a year)
please chap doors ask for help x(but be careful)if the doctors think that u cannot provide for ureself or the child they might involve social services

She said 3 times a month, not week.

She also said that the bank charges took up her child benefit this week. So she didn't get any. And im assuming her tax credits are being sorted out.
