giving viewers impression how nice it would be in summer to have them open and wonder out into garden.
Well all they can do is wonder at the moment, so yes, good idea
I also agree with a photo of the row of houses too.....Blackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool0

Just had a look at the updated listing and it does definitely look a lot better now with your photo's on there.
Personally, i'd leave it a week or so and see if it makes a difference before making any more decisions.0

DH and he put them up as a surprise, even for the sale of the house he'll draw the line at removing them. Plus, if he thinks I'm not sure about his taste he'll stop buying me presents ;-)
 Ooopps, sorry:o
but as I said, could be a lot nicer on a plain wall, ... only my opinion
Great idea about the boxes, I once tried blow up mattresses when. I was distance selling a house and every time I visited they were in a heap on the floors!
Just remember, not to sit on the bed, once made up !!! lol:pLooking forward to the day I have nothing left to list on eBay0

I've spent so many days scrutninsing my own home that I've totally lost perspective on it...
I've taken some more exterior shots ( You'd never know I'd added flowers as they're so small - another trip to the garden centre at the weekend) and I have no idea which are good or which are bad. I've been advised that symetry is key but the house is quite box like (and not in a good Georgian way) so I'm just not too sure. For those of you who felt that I should show the space to the left, whilst it's going to be a garden it's currently the sales office car park and I feel that showing it, without being able to offer an explanation, might do more harm than good. I have put a pack together for any viewers saying what we love about the area as well as detailing plans for the space next door. It also mentions points such as full depth foundations so that the garage could potentially be converted as well as the possibility to build over the garage to extend the master bedroom (none of which the EA chose to mention in the details).
Here are my attempts at the external shots, should I use some or stick with the original EA one?

I like the first (front on) picture, but with the clarity of the third picture and the blue sky of the last picture.
Sorry; that doesn't really help much, does it?!
Do you know yet if anything can be done to clean off the efflorescence on the brick? It does really stand out.0
-
I've looked in to efflorescence and the guidance from the 'Brick Development Association' is to allow it to weather away natually. Compared to the rest of the houses on the development, as seen in some of the photos, we've got away quite lightly! We're going to try the 'soft bristle brush' option but that is all that we can do.0

I really like your house. The outside isn't what I would have picked, but I think it looks like a really good layout inside. Wish there was something with that near where we're looking (and 100k cheaper)
Sad I missed the pictures of Herbert though, but agree that it is off-putting to cat-haters0

I wouldn't post the photo where your cars are overhanging the pavement. The house is very close to the road as it is, and that would just highlight its proximity.
Photo 01335 makes the parking look more generous, so I'd use that along with 01327.0
