I think its gorgeous, I would go and see based on the photos, I don't see any problems at all - the white on the brick doesn't bother me either you see this often on new builds - thought I would add in some positive thoughts

Thank you, natlie. It's not always pleasant asking people for their views, even if you need the help and respect their opinions.

Thanks for being so lovely, it's really appeciated x

This one is £350k. I don't know the area, so can't compare. http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-43423529.html
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

There's also no pictures of the bathrooms - for me the main things I look for are nice bathrooms and kitchens, as they're the two rooms I probably spend most of my time in.

You should maybe see a doctor about that!

    that is lovely.

Back to OP, i think the house is maybe overpriced as this is what it comes down to in the end, if price is right you will have buyers.
And also location maybe, what's the estate like?

This one nearby is also modern, and has much more appealing decor and garden and a bit cheaper.

Slightly smaller, but not hugely so

We had three valuations, one @ 410 and 2 @ 415. because of the urgency of the move and my own personal view that the valuations were ridiculous we decided to go for 395.

I have no issue with reducing the price, in principle, but only if I have done everything that I can to sell it at its current asking price.

'much more appealing decor'. This is where I have to take a deep breath and remember that this is a means to an end...

There's nothing wrong with your decor. IMO.
