Rightmove - House appearing in searches but not being looked at

Hi Bouicca. You're right about it being a bit minimalist. I've tried to make it look a bit more lived in but I'm not especially creative and have little to no imagination. The most I managed was some cups and a coffee pot in the kitchen:

Label the pictures so the buyer will know which picture is taken where! (rather than photo 3 etc).
If I were looking to buy in that area, I'd assume the garden was a problem. After all, the front looks a bit cramped (move the car!)
Finally, compare your house with others in the same price bracket in the area. You need to give people a reason to want to come and see yours.0

Hi Blackpool_Saver. Unfortunately because of covenants there is nothing that we can do with either the boarding or front door for 5 years. In fairness to the house, when you see it in a full row of houses, all with weather boarding in different colours, it doesn't look too bad...
As for the garden, we were hit pretty hard with the rain so it's a bit of a quagmire and the EA recommended against any garden shots.
Here it is in its current state:

            DECENT GARDEN PLOT!
EA recommended `not` to add any pics of it ? , they sound like amateursNever, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0

Stand on a step ladder from that side of the garden and take the shot. It will look much better."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0

Hi Dan-Dan. I actually sent them this pic and they declined to use it. I have a mail ready to go with all of the photos that they 'will' be using on Rightmove :-)0
