 This.
Is photo 4 of the room that is supposed to be the fourth bedroom? That picture really isn't good because it just shows what appears to be a pretty much barren room with a sofa that clashes hugely with the rest of the decor.
A picture of the rear garden is also a MUST
Also, the cat really is a no no.0

Hi Jabberwk. It sounds odd but there is so much sun that it makes the rooms look dark in the photos. I tried taking them with the blinds up but even with a lens hood there was too much glare. I tried taking the photos when the light was even inside and out but they didn't show just how much lovely light comes in. Harrys Dad, getting someone in from a local club to take the photos sounds like a great idea. I have all of the equipment but I'm lacking in the skills required to use it properly!0

Hi Andy BSG. Photo 4 is the far end of the kitchen where we have a seating area. The fact that you've asked shows that you really can't tell from the photos so I need to get this addressed :-)0

Yes, I thought it was a bedroom to start with and then realised that it had the same tiles as the kitchen so it must be the dining area. I would put a dining table in the middle and get rid of the sofa.0

The blue, when it looks more grey, is not that ugly. There are no colours you can paint that cladding that will please everyone.
I think the replies you have had so far have been useful but they mostly miss the real question you asked; why is the house not converting rightmove viewings to rightmove clicks?
Do you actually know that 200 clicks to 8000 searches is a bad ratio? Can your EA compare it to other houses on their books?
It does sound low, but a lot of people search rightmove without being very exact about what they want. If they want an expensive house, the might set an upper limit and view the first couple of pages of results, but the search will include anything below that limit that they clearly never intended to view, they just didn't need to set a lower boundary to get their results.0

I love the decor (except the union jack sofa). The height of the TVs mounted would give me a crick in the neck, though.
Herbert wouldn't bother me. "If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0 "If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0

So what you are saying is that your dining area has a sofa in it?
If you want to sell at the price you are marketing it for, show it as a dining area!0

Thanks, Pimento. The Union Jack cover should never have been in the photos.. I was caught on the hop and couldn't get the cream cover on to the sofa!!0

Ditto what others have said, especially about taking the exterior shot with some sunlight - it looks dank and dark as is. Also a tiny bit of clutter - at the moment it looks as though no one lives there. Enough touches (like flowers) to make it look like a happy home.0
