The difference is minor between the item you received and the item described in the listing.

What exactly did you tell papyal? If you told them you washed the bag then the item is not as it was when sent. Perhaps you didn't make it sound as bad as you feel it is or the seller said something that made it in their favour. What was the item stated as - just used? Used like new? Used very good? That could have made a difference.

Up to you whether you leave negative, but sellers can not leave negative feedback for buyers. If they leave a false positive you can get it removed.

I did say I washed it but I think that Paypal think that as it was described as used (even though in PERFECT CONDITION) that it is used so that is that.
