What gets shown online? A signature confirming delivery. You could call it a signed delivery note, could you not?

In any case, this seller has no proof of delivery whatsoever, so your point is moot, presh. :rotfl:

    Not as moot as yours.

The seller is claiming SNAD. By virtue of that very fact they have received the item.

But, you do need to read the sticky. A signature isn't required. Not in this case of such low value.

And no, a signed delivery note would be one I may give a delivery driver without an electronic POD, much like I do most days.

    ;)

Which is why I suggested an item not received claim!!

And why more than one poster has told you it's not a good idea, including the board guide.

Hopefully the OP won't sink to the vile depths of fraud.

    Where are your morals.
  • Hi, Think you have all missed the point here. The item is no longer in it's original condition. She washed it thereby claiming ownership of it. x

Ok she's responded but paypal didn't tell me what she said. Surely they should? She's seen my complaint

    FROM PAYPAL:

    Status
After careful consideration, we're unable to decide this claim in your favour at this time.

The difference is minor between the item you received and the item described in the listing.
