ebay bag.... Used condition but described as perfect?

I purchased a bag on eBay. Paid for delivery but the seller in fact dropped it off. It was described as "used once but in prefect condition"
I was shocked when the seller came to my house to drop it off bit when I opened it I was even more shocked as it had a load of marks on. I've washed it but a few marks remain including a red mark which I presume is lipstick. What should I do please?

If you file an item not as described claim you'll have to send the bag back by tracked means to get a refund (will cost you money).
The seller can't prove you've received the bag, so item not received claim will see you refunded without having to return it.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -
This is the description:
This beautiful navy shoulder Kipling bag has only been used once but in perfect condition. It is a very handy size. With many compartments. It is an original Kipling bag.0 -

This has happened to me more than once - although it's been bags described as new which are clearly used. Invariably the seller gets defensive and I've usually had to raise a case to get my money back.
I just don't buy bags on eBay now unless they are from a business seller, it's too much hassle.
It's particularly annoying as I sell my used Kipling bags and they genuinely are in perfect 'as new' condition. I couldn't sell one with a stain on, I'd rather give it to a charity shop!
How much did you pay OP?0 -
It was £10.80 inc delivery. Not a lot I know, but I was hoping for it to be in the condition it was described as.
This is the first time I have bought a bag from Ebay. I would never sell a bag in this condition. I would be embarrassed too.0 -
I have started a PAYPAL claim. I do not care if I have to send it back, I would be happy too as I do not want to use this bag.0

How much did you pay for the postage to you? It's going to cost you another £3 minimum to send it back.
Not usually the advice I'd give but I would have done INR and then give the bag to a charity shop. Only person losing out then is the seller.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -
If it's a low value item I sometimes just neg them and bin the item or give it to a charity shop.0

I did not want to lie and say it was not received. I may just keep it or accept a partial refund?0

Silly woman just responded saying it costs much more new and was listed as "used" - yes used but in "perfect condition," I am going to give her negative feedback
She said "The condition was marked as "used". If you don't want it you need to post it back and you only will get the refund for the price of the bag. They originally cost very much when new. "0
