there are different variations of corned beef hash - mine is much different, I slice potatoes, chop onions and cube corned beef. Place all in a casserole dish with Oxo gravy poured in and cooked in oven for about 2 hours. Mum always called it corned beef hash but it's probably known as something totally different.

funnily enough, it's in the oven right now !
  • I cooked that last weekend !!

Carrots, onion, spuds, corned beef ( obviously ) and a couple of stock cubes, about 30 minutes in a pan, transfer to a casserole dish, then get the Atora, make a lid ( leave a small hole in the centre ),and bang it in the oven for about 20 minutes, oh and don't forget the red cabbage to go with it, Enjoy !!!

    Hope this helps

Mine's fried onion, boiled spuds, corned beef, lots of seasoning and warmed through, I like it with baked beans or sweetcorn.
