I add cabbage to mine so it becomes a hybrid of corned beef hash and bubble & squeak!0

There seem to be as many different versions of this as there are for Spag Bol Sauce. I fry onions & sliced mushrooms, and then mix them in with the mashed potatos and mushed up corned beef. Then I flatten it down in a large frying pan and fry until there's a nice crispy crust on both sides. I love it - real comfort food, but my OH can't stand it.0

Had corned beef hash yesterday after reading this thread and served it with Reggae Reggae sauce (you know the spicy one off the dragon's den) OMG it was FAB. It set the hash off really well.

Wow!
So many versions!
Here's my contribution, lol:
Roughly chop potatoes, add to large pan of boiling water.
Add stock cube.
Throw in chopped onions.
Sometimes mushrooms, sometimes carrots..whatever is about really,
Baked beans into the mix.
Chopped corned beef.
Bung the lid on and leave to cook!
Before eating I break up some of the tattys with a fork...this helps to thicken.
Serve with lots of bread and butter!
Brown sauce, red sauce, red cabbage or/and beetroot! The last two pickled of course!
Even nicer the day after when it's thickened even more!!!73lb lost!!

can i add yet another one?
Lob the following into enormous slo-cooker:
2 cans baked beans
2 cans corned beef
2 cans chopped toms
rosemary and garlic and ground black pepper.
Serves 12-15 with buttery mash and peas. A good batch cooky recipe.
