The title says it all, really. I've found loads of excellent, simple recipes for both methods. Which way do you do your CBH?

In the frying pan, I only try to use the minimum amount of oil though.

What's your receipe for the oven? This sounds healthier than frying.....

I soften an onion. I dice some potatoes and then boil them for about 10 minutes, then drain them and add them to the onion. I also dice the corned beef and add that too. Give it a good stir until everything heats up and breaks down a bit. Put it in a dish and then add some grated cheddar on top and put it under the grill until the cheese melts.

It's lovely with the melted cheese and beans. I haven't made it in a while. I know what to have for supper tomorrow. :D
  • Cn you get the crunchy brown crust on the potato if you do it in the oven ... if not, I am sticking to the frying pan method!

That sounds really nice - the one issue I do have with my method is that it doesn't produce much on the plate so I should really add more veg to it :)
