Congratulations Gelly! Gorgeous name!

I hope you both get an opportunity to rest in between feedings etc xxxFebruary wins: Theatre tickets0 -
Congratulations Tata!! Xx
I turned 24 weeks on Friday so I'm on this thread full time nowtime is moving so fast! We have finally got most of the junk little bedroom sorted now, so when the cot finally arrives (I had a meltdown over this on Friday, the delivery firm is utterly useless) DH and FIL can build it when the in laws are visiting in 2 weeks time. Then we can start deciding what we want and making it into a nursery

Huge congratulations Gelly and Tata!
Argh. That list is getting shorter. 6 weeks doesn't seem very far away for me now.
Going to get nappy mountain started. Figured we'd use some of the money work gave me to stockpile on nappies. Mainly pampers but will try some of the mammia too. I'll get a few first sizes but mainly the bigger in case she isn't so tiny. At least we will have a good amount in to start with and can top up from there. Pretty much got everything else sorted now. Can't think of anything else to buy, which isn't something I thought I'd ever say.Book a week challenge: 11/52. Competitions won in 2021: 120 -
Tatabubbly - big congrats on little MJ. Sounds like you c section wasn't too bad. Though how dare we not be due date twins any more :P
!!!!!! that means I'm top of the list now :O . Still doesn't feel real that I'm having a baby sometime in next 3 wks (and that's allowing 2 weeks overdue).
I'm currently sat outside an MOT garage waiting for OH. He told me to meet him here at half 8, he dropped his kids to school and then needs my at whilst his is in. Almost 9am and he isn't here yet, stuck in traffic. I'm starved and there is a cafe opposite but I only brought keys and phone not purse cos I thought I'd be home now. Crazy cat lady - I've heard good things about Aldis nappies actually - they are pretty reasonable price wise as well. I've got a few stocked up, different packets and different sizes to try ones out and see what brand works best!
Flutterby, here's hoping your baba makes an appearance sometime this week
Thank you for the kind wishes. BF is going okay but my word - it's not easy! I'm in awe of those who do it long term.094 Sealed pot member! (7) €185 (8) €138 (9) €€250

Everyone raves about them and says they're amazing until size 5, and then to avoid them. Hoping she will be out of them before needing size 5s anyway, but good to know all the same. I'd never have considered them normally. I don't go to Aldi, but as so many people have recommended them I wil try them and have a few in for in between pampers.Book a week challenge: 11/52. Congratulations ladies on your new babies.
We use aldi nappies and love them, daughter is currently in 5+ and they're fine, bigger the waist than asda which is good0 -
Congratulations Tatabubbly and Gelly
I'd read about Aldi nappies too. It's handy as we have one within a 3 minute walk. Most Aldi stuff we've got has been very good quality and value.
I did phone childrens centre the other day, they've sent through the dates for Bumps to Babies classes. First one is next Monday, then the rest are spread out in September.
Cutting it close she may well have had the baby before the classes are finished!Mortgage remaining: £42,260 of £77,000 (2.59% til 03/18 - 2.09% til 03/23)

I have a couple of packs of Morrison's and one pack of aldi. Have heard good things about aldi and adds nappies so am hoping these fit my little one, knowing my luck we will find the only ones that fit him so they don't leak are pampers!!! I'm not going to stock up on one specific brand yet though as I would rather wait and then stock up on the ones that fit him best.
Congratulations tatabubbly.0 -
Congratulations to the new arrivals! :j
I've also heard raving reviews of Aldi nappies so I'm planning on buying a couple of packs of those, and maybe one of another brand for comparison. I'm too worried about buying a lot as I would probably buy the brand baby didn't get on with.
Glad you got the classes sorted Freddie.
Baby's movements feel really big now. I can actually feel arms and legs from the outside rather than just the sensation of movement. It makes me wonder if he will actually be in there for another 10/11 weeks at this rate!0
