Aww, I'm glad to hear it flutter
I've had a few times where my little one went a bit quiet. I'd have an ice pop and then she'd go nuts for about 3 hours solid! lol
My leg is doing a bit better today. I've been resting it as much as possible, so I think that is helping. Hopefully a couple more days of resting it will see it go back to normal. *keeps fingers crossed*February wins: Theatre tickets0 -
I'm obsessed with his movements to the point that it probably isn't healthy... I want to feel him constantly and if I don't I start to panic. I know this is totally ridiculous but I can't help it. This whole pregnancy malarkey is a constant worry from beginning to the end, there is always something else to worry about!
Glad your leg is feeling a bit better euro lets hope it's on the mend.Married 1st October 2015:heartpuls

It's so difficult to track movements though when you're busy at work plus I've got an anterior placenta so I'm sure I don't feel as much movement as most people who haven't got one.
Had 28 week bloods yesterday at the hospital and midwife called a little earlier today to tell me that I've got low iron levels and need some iron supplements. I'm seeing community midwife next Weds so will speak to her about it and she can give me a prescription for them.
Quite relieved to hear it to be honest as it explains why my breathing has got so bad recently (very little movement and I'm totally breathless) plus I'm so tired and my legs are irritable at night to the point that it's keeping me awake far too much.
Am hoping the tablets will start working quickly once I get them next week.Married Sept '09, Me - 38, OH - 40, TTC since Nov '12

Lots more movement today so I'm not worrying, must have just been a quiet period for baby. Thanks for the support though.Had 28 week bloods yesterday at the hospital and midwife called a little earlier today to tell me that I've got low iron levels and need some iron supplements.
Oh that's quick they got back to you! I also had 28 weeks bloods yesterday (ahead of my 28 wk appt on Tues) and doubted that my MW would have the results back by Tues. Hopefully the iron tablets will help you Gelly, I wonder if I am aneamic too as I've been so tired and breathless.* Rainbow baby boy born 9th August 2016 *

I really can't fault any of my maternity care with this pregnancy - they have been exceptional and all test results come back next day. Super impressed with all aspects of care so far but I am getting much more attention than most pregnant ladies because of my history. I've had 5 different appointments this week but wouldn't dream of not attending them, they are all in my interest and everybody has been great.
If your symptoms are the same, there is a distinct chance it could be low iron levels and might be worth you actively ringing them up to chase the results. Many of the symptoms are "normal pregnancy" ones but I was wondering how much more breathless my body was going to become.
Fingers crossed for you Flutterbyuk xMarried Sept '09, Me - 38, OH - 40, TTC since Nov '12

I've also had a great experience so far with medical care! The 3 community midwives at my doctors surgery are amazing. The hospital, the twice I've been, have also been great.
Bank holiday weekend so we are taking ourselves off to a posh hotel for one last night alone. Can't wait.0 -
flutter - yesterday must have been the day for it, baby movements were infrequent and soft. Usually comes to life at night...nothing. So by 9.30pm after loads of sugar, cold drinks lying on my side I rang up maternity triage and they told me to go in. Perfect heartbeat but still not many kicks. They said if it happens again today to go back. Its been a bit livelier today but not up to its usual tricks so will see again tonight how lively it is. Great news on your new niece and nephew!
skint - I worried with DD1 constantly and kept saying "i'll stop worrying when she arrives" - it doesn't happen, its a different type of worry then!! Perfectly normal to be worrying though
I had flu jab and whooping cough in both pregnancies, I have the world's worst immune system so was willing to have them!
No gestational diabetes for me and out of the anaemic zone thanks to the horrid iron tablets - hurrah!0 -

2 of my grandbeasts are 16 days apart! .. both June.. and my daughter is 9 months older. The 3 are in the same class at school from September.
Well my midwife team have just started with the threats. To which they were informed antenatal appointments are optional not compulsory and noone has to submit to any medical intervention if they so choose, including cancer treatments, diabetes treatments etc so something as benign as a routine antenatal cannot be forced either.. and the only thing threats will get them is a complaint against their name. Apparently they need to speak to me, so I said well maybe knocking on the door rather than stuffing a threatening letter through it would have been more beneficial and productive.. *RAGE* lol

I really struggle with this movement monitoring thing. Madame can have a really active day and then be quiet for two days, if I called every time she had a quiet day I think it would be a bit much? My placenta is anterior so I'm sure that is still cushioning some movements too.
She's not really got a movement pattern yet either at 25 weeks, so is hard to monitor!
Very happily married on 10th April 2013
