There is no such thing as "Let you" - Your body - your choice! Get over to the facebook breech uk group and arm yourself with as much information as you can. If this little lady was still breech I too would still be planning my breech birth ...

Both my babies were over 10lb and after having 2 C-sections im not sure it would be advisable but I will check out the info
Due 26th July, team yellow :D

Should be fine, she's the one who suggested messaging her on the FB group as she's one of the admins. However if there is no joy, send sunshine81 a message instead. :)

Hi everyone again, trying to read back to find out how you all are doing, not that i have much spare time. Over 25 weeks now, but measuring 30+, so feeling huge and exhausted. I'm sure i was like this last time, but seem to have selective memory.
Taking one day at a time....I'll get there in the end

I've sent Tilly a message as well - she will be swamped!
Missy after two 10lb babies by section I think I would also be nervous to have a vaginal breech. Did you labour much with your sections? The reason for section tends to affect your chance of successful Vbac. (I used to do obstetrics and did a Vbac study when I worked in London)

My first was induced at term+10, after 3 days I had got to 4cm and was given a c-section when the consultant finally realised I was having a large baby (10lb 10oz), I didn't measure big through my pregnancy.

My second was at term+8, baby was stuck in a difficult position and it was agreed that I wouldn't go much later than this due to her size (10lb 0.5oz) due to her difficult position the surgeon broke her arm whilst delivering her via C-section.

This baby is measuring around 90th centile currently so im expecting another large one and I don't think having a large breech baby vaginally after 2 C-sections would be sensible, so im going to try and get this one to turn, but im under no illusion that another C-section may be the only way to go xx

Missy - breech births are stressful enough without a scar and a big baby to contend so sounds like you're thinking sensibly.
For what it's worth sections after failure to progress with no fetal distress didn't have a great Vbac rate.

Hi all. Graduating to the big thread as now 25 weeks. Due date 25th Sept but requesting a section so hopefully baby will be sometime the week before. DS1 will be 23 months when this one arrives. We are team pink.

Is anyone else a bit fed up now? I'm 32 + 3 and am beginning to get uncomfortable. Plus work is beginning to tire me out, even when I'm trying not to do as much, which is making evenings just a time for me to flop on the sofa.

I appear to be in a bit of a grump today :o
