Congratulations bghatter - lovely name choice, hope you get home ASAP.

Welcome JustD - it has been a bit quiet recently but we have our moments.

miss_I - how do I join the Facebook group?

I'm plodding along nicely ATM. Had 31 weeks midwife appointment and baby is measuring same as dates but she reckons baby feels very long and I agree.
Apart from a bit of reflux and some early morning waking I haven't got much to moan about - just counting down the weeks now.
Went to Cornwall to visit my dad this weekend and realised that next time I go we will have a baby with us. That was mildly terrifying!

Congrats to the new mummies!!! Scary how quickly last list seems to be moving now, the first 20 weeks seem to drag and the last 20 just fly by!

Im 35+6 today, seeing midwife at lunchtime to do birth plan - still hoping for a VBA2C, keeping birth plan simple - I want to be as mobile as possible, will not be constantly strapped up to machines, oh to cut cord and tell me the sex - that's it!

Im still managing 2 bodypump classes per week and a couple of 2-3 mile walks but anymore than that and I suffer all the next day.

Hope you are all keeping well xx

Missy - you should ask your midwife if they have mobile CTG at your hospital. They like to monitor VBAC as it can be the earliest sign of strain on the scar but no need for you to be stuck on the bed with it.

    Congratulations bghatter! :j

    Welcome justD!

After a good 4 weeks of feeling normal again, morning sickness has decided to pop back up again! Has anybody else experienced a return of the dreaded MS? With DD I was sick all the way through so it could be worse but it's a bit disheartening when you think you've left all of that behind!

My hip pain has eased off a bit. After not being able to get a maternity to belt to fit I managed to get some (v expensive) support knickers in Mothercare which seem to be helping a bit. I've also got a birthing ball now so I've started sitting on that when I get a bit stiff and achey on the sofa.

A secret Facebook group, no less! ;)

pm04gn, RebekahR and any others wanting to join the Facebook group: PM Tilly_dreams on here your email address you use to log in to Facebook and she will invite you to the group. The invitation should go to your email inbox, but do check your junk/spam mail as they sometimes have a tendency to go in there too. :)

I keep meaning to join the fb group too, so I'll send Tilly a msg.

    Congrats bghatter! :D

6th on the list, and looking at it I'm guessing 3 of those are going to be disappearing in the next week or so. Scary stuff ladies!

Glad your hip pain has eased a bit muso, my bump band is really good at supporting me if you can find one. I got it so I could wear non-mat tops for longer but it's definitely dual purpose.

AFM, I ended up measuring 32cm at my 34 MW appointment last week! So after measuring ahead for however long I'm now measuring small. She didn't seem too concerned when I pointed out my fundal height had levelled off and now dipped, as I had a scan at 31 weeks and baby was 50th centile, but I'll be interested to see what it measures a week on Thursday at the next appointment. Baby is definitely still back2back but I think they're trying to engage - girls on the babycentre July forum have nicknamed the feeling 'fanny daggers'! Not at all eloquent, but pretty damn accurate!!

Have a lovely week ladies x

Just back from midwife and baby is still breech, ive been doing all the inversion exercises and swimming etc, but the little monkey is still the wrong way around!
So basically ive got 2 weeks to get it to turn, after that a presentation scan and if its still breech then will defo be a C-section as they would only let me have a VBA2C with a straightforward delivery.
I nearly cried when I left but have managed to hold it together, keeping everything crossed this one turns x

There is no such thing as "Let you" - Your body - your choice! Get over to the facebook breech uk group and arm yourself with as much information as you can. If this little lady was still breech I too would still be planning my breech birth ...
