Wow what a lovely birth! Massive grats. I hope I have a good story at the end of mine too! Only 7 weeks to go here now ARGH! Got all the baby stuff down on Sunday. All piled in the spare room. Hubby is taking little lady to his parents this weekend. God knows how thats going to go! A 5 hour car journey alone with a 2 year old is my idea of hell!! So it will be my first time alone from her on a break so will sort through/was/etc the baby stuff then...

    Congratulations Angelmommy!

My hips are really starting to ache now, particularly when I'm walking for more than a few minutes continuously. Mentioned it to the MW when I last saw her and she recommended buying a support belt. After much online searching I found one that should have fit (size 18-20 pre preg) but it is so incredibly tight and the velcro is so uncomfortable. If anybody has had any luck getting something like this in a larger size I would appreciate a recommendation!

Congrats angelmommy! She made you wait didn't she! I hope mine's a sleeper. Enjoy this time with her :)

I keep writing posts, and it keeps saying error - so annoying! If your hip pain keeps getting worse muso then get your MW to refer you to physio. I've thankfully not had SPD but know from on here, and from friends how dibilitating it can be :(

EDIT: Thank god that one posted, otherwise my work PC might have gone out the window!

Congrats Angelmummy!! - Ive heard a breast pump is one of the best ways to get contractions started if you are overdue, I will be giving it a go this time!!

I had a growth scan today as midwife said my bump hasn't grown in 3 weeks, I knew it had and that it was probably just baby laying in an awkward position. So at 32+3 baby is est at 4lb10oz which is a good size, at the moment baby is breech so im hoping I can encourage it to turn by spending lots of time on my hands and knees lol

Hope everyone else is good xx

Well done angelmommy! Sounds like things went very well!

Do bumps have days where they aren't as wriggly as others? I never know when is appropriate to worry about less wriggleage

    Congratulations Angelmommy!

Got a birth announcement of my own. Baby Heidi was born on 1st June at 9.11 am weighing 8lb 10 oz, a week early after 4 days of pre/early labour . Managed to have my vbac which i am happy about but we were in hospital until today due to my temperature going up during labour. She is doing great though and even gained weight at 5 day check!
