Congratulations t2d. Time goes so fast enjoy every moment.
My edd is 9th December. Bit scary as so many babies seem to be arriving early. I think I need to get organised :)big things are mainly sorted just need the smaller things like maternity pads, washing baby clothes etc.0 -
Huge congrats Time2deal on the safe arrival of Elliott! Hope you're both doing ok and get better over the next few days. Hopefully the fever will drop for you soon and you can get the huge amount of cuddles in ! Also great news he's breathing on his own x
SORRY IF TMI ALERT
I'm hoping some experienced mums can advsie here and again sorry if TMI. My wee one to be is usually quite quiet during the day and begins football training around 10/11pm !
Today she has been really active, more active than I would normally say, or that I'm aware of, and I noticed on wiping a thick white/almost yellow mucus. Not a huge amount, but enough to think er, what ? I'm just over 28 weeks, is this normal by anyone's book? Would the really active moment have anything to do with? I actuall have a growth scan tomorrow so at least will hopefully put my mind at risk.. however, in meantime... anything to phone MW about?0 -
Congratulations T2D! You did it! Long journey - happy ending xx0

Congrats to all babies born and all new mums! Hello to all newbies and get well to all those under the weather. also hope all with worries get them sorted. No longer ...tobe! Married 20/06/13MFW 2021 #117 £5415.40/£6000MFW 2022 #77 £3740/£3000MFW 2023 #82 £0/£30000 -
Mr_Knight, that's you added. Don't worry about sorting the little things, you will get it done in time. I've just done a second and third load of baby stuff today. I've got all second hand apart from the outfit and blanket I want baby to have for leaving hospital so it's good to get it all a freshen up.
View, my midwife said last week at our antenatal class that it's just as important to seek advice on a lot more movement as it is on a lot less as it may be that it has become caught up in cord etc. This was on Wednesday after I'd had no movement (or very little) on Monday and then on Tuesday it hadn't stopped. Wednesday was back to normal and then Thursday I had an appt with her anyway and all was fine.
If you have ANY concerns give them a call.No longer ...tobe! Married 20/06/13MFW 2021 #117 £5415.40/£6000MFW 2022 #77 £3740/£3000MFW 2023 #82 £0/£30000 -

:j go t2d:T amazing news and hope your recovery is swift.
Mrs C glad you feel better for being off.
Hey Ameleigh and Mr Knight.
View - my little man used to only boogie from 9-midnight. Then at 29 weeks until now he started moving regularly throughout the day as well. I wasn't sure if he'd always been doing it but too small to kick through the placenta for me to feel. I saw the mw 3 days after the increased movement and she felt this was likely. His heartbeat has been fine at the delayed 28 week appt and the GP 31 appt. However everyone's circumstances are different. I get discharge but regularly and not large amounts.
AFM got 4 more weeks at work and tey have agreed to give me back any time in lieu i build up and carry over as leave to delay coming back

Hi ladies
Not supposed to be joining you until Friday but there are a few more of you about on this board. I wondered if any of you had experienced gum problems at all? I went to the dentist last week as it feels like loose skin at the back surrounding my wisdom tooth and the dentist simply said it was swelling due to something irritating my gum and to keep it clean and it would go down. The problem still exists so wondered if anyone had this and how long it takes to go down. I don't really want to go back again if it is just one of those things that happen during pregnancy but thought it would be reducing by now. Thanks
