Just got a sight of bf's reviewed training camp/competition schedule from GB...after March the longest period he's home for is 14 consecutive days! Other than that it's all pretty hardcore with the world championships happening in August! Luckily after he gets back on 11th August he has two weeks 'off' then nothing much more than home training until 15th September so we are off on holiday first week of September


Will be hectic but it's so worth it just to watch him succeed in what he loves...plus it means lots of treat days and trips when he is around

Becca, while I did have my show the baby was not engaged and free as far as my last antenantal appointment. I never felt engage at all yet when I was sent home it was told she was 2/5 which is nearly fully engaged.

Just lurking from 12-24weeks

With regards TENS machine, I had hired one and used it early on when I felt contractions. When I get to the hospital I was already 4cm dilated and tbh had felt very little pain. I had hoped for a water birth but all suites were in use. I continued for about another hour with the TENs but then it started to bother me so switched to G&A. I had a pretty quick labour that time. Arrived hospital @11am started pushing around 1pm baby born 3pm. Hoping for the same this time around or quicker and in water if possible

I've still been lurking but felt too tired to post. Just on a countdown - a week today till my section. Got to go for pre-op appt tomorrow which hopefully won't be too scary.

Scary times for us!!!

Stuff with our house is moving so quickly too, wasn't expecting everything to start moving forward for another couple of weeks but we are going in tomorrow to sign contracts.....:eek:
