hi Laila it is starting to feel very real and scary isn't it!
Did anyone else struggle to find a changing bag that they liked that didn't cost the earth? Where do you start?0 -
Hi ladies.
Just a quick update. Thanks to those who told me to get my leaking checked out. They're not sure if it's my water's or not but have admitted me for checks and antibiotics just in case. Scan tomorrow should hopefully show whether my fluids have dropped.
Moral of the story... don't feel like an eejit and just call the midwife!0 -
hope they find everything ok Derby0

Hope everything is ok derby.
Welcome to any newbies
I am having one of those days where I have written a list of housework & baby related jobs to be done but so far have cleaned the oven, put the dishwasher on & now I'm tackling the laundry!
Why could I not have done all this before noon & by now I would have been putting my feet up?!0 -
Derby2 glad you called them. Hope all is ok
Lemontree I brought one in mother are for about £40 they had lots of different shapes/styles/budget. Maybe make a list of what is important ie wipe clean, insulated bottle pocket, separate wet/dry pockets, look and designTwenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. good idea glimmer, I'm useless at ideas at the moment
Laila I love that bag, keep seeing it on Amazon and I'm a sucker for red, spotty things, but given OH will be a SAHD I have to get something he'd be happy with. It looks like it may have pink on it as well, and I'm allergic to pink lol
credit crunch it looks to me that you went wrong when you did the oven! I always sprain my wrist when I clean my oven so it's now a job which comes with a health warning
Today I did 2 loads of washing, the dishwasher & packed 4 boxes of crafting stuff to help clear the future nursery. I've also had some date time with OH when we went out for a curry at lunch time, and to the cinema early evening.0 -

I never thought about hubby using it lol. I don't think he will be too happy so I might get the freebie one from Boots for him0 -
