Lush I hope you don't have to wait too long

Eiteews, the midwife unit I'm booked into is also a few miles from the hospital. Ambulances have to get there within 8 minutes but transfer time overall is probably about half an hour too. Like you I thought it just seemed soooo nice compared to labour ward which is overflowing, and it seemed like there would be much better support too both during labour and postnatally. But it is a worry in case something goes wrong...

Re nappy wrappers - I've not had one, but from mates who have, they appear to gather dust rather than do anything terribly useful.

Congratulations to all the new arrivals! Hope those with March due dates get their babies soon!

Top 40 for me! 13 weeks to go and I am so ready for baby to arrive. Can't say I am really enjoying pregnancy at the moment!

Thought I'd check in ladies - no queue jumping from me... yet :rotfl:

It's my last week at work so hoping or a week with my feet up before tiddles arrives. Hope to get my section date this week (elective section as had am emergency one with my first baby).

Hope everyone is keeping well. Congrats to claire and con on your arrivals - really nice to recognise ladies names who moved around the same time as me and a nice reminder that the baby will be here soon

Ummmm, I seem to have jumped to number 26 on the list :eek::eek::eek:

Also at my check up last week they found sugar in my sample so on Thursday I have to go to hospital for a Glucose Tolerance Test slightly worried

Still waiting for baby

Now 40+9 and have another sweep tomorrow. Have tried all sorts to get baby moving, but it must be too comfy. Getting past the frustrated stage now...

Chelsea - I had Glucose in my urine and then the next week I had keytones in - they haven't referred me just asked if i'm eating and drinking enough. (obviously weren't too worried as they didn't weigh me or refer me)

I think its fairly common so try not to worry
