Having been to aqua natal I am now exhausted. Am meant to be cleaning up, doing a bit of washing and making some leek and potato soup for dinner tonight. Had also hoped to make a batch of chocolate brownies as well. All I want to do though is curl up and go to sleep. I can't wait until my energy levels stabilise.

I have an antenatal appointment tomorrow (will be 33 weeks exactly) Will find out if baby is still breech (hopefully not)!

Best of luck Jen, hope all goes well (I don't think it's panic stations if baby is still breech at 33 weeks, though? Still time for movement?)

I think we might be waiting until our children are around 14 for that :rotfl:

It only got worse for me as time went on in the 3rd trimester. So glad I finished work when I did!

Couldn't go to my usual nct meet up babies and bumps today as Im still getting over my cold and didnt want to infect anyone. So just met DH on his lunch break for a pastry instead So no cute babies to cuddle today.

It was pretty funny what DH told me though, one of the girls in my group, her husband bumped into mine today in town, and warned him to take paracetamol to the hospital as the pain was 'horrendous' and DH was like Yeah Im sure it is bad, poor girls etc. Then this guy was like 'No for you, they clench onto your hand, and take your wedding ring off unless you want it clamped into your finger!'

DH thought he was joking and started laughing and then this guy was like no Im serious!

Well looks like Im going to be made redundant....(outcome of meeting) so am going to be entering maternity leave earlier than I thought! Could end up leaving at 31 weeks pregnant!! Ill start SMP as soon as my pay from work dries up - the good news is, the company I work for is generous re payments so we wont have any money worries now while Im on maternity leave, although Ill probably have to start looking for a new job when baby is 6 months.... Oh well - worse things could happen, putting it into perspective - but not good timing x

sorry to hear that sophiasmum but as becsxxx has said it sounds like you have a short-mid term plan

we've just booked a 5 day holiday in September near the coast which will be lovely - hopefully the weather is as nice as it have been previous years at that time!

Done more in the garden this afternoon - not masses. Just tucking in a few bits of weed sheet and fussing really. Tomorrow I want to get the white laundry washed and out to dry then get some more weedsheet down if I can. Bf has an S&C session so won't be back until later in the afternoon than usual so I can get a few little bits done maybe...or I might just try baking chocolate brownies for the first time as I bought a new baking tin today :P

26 weeks today and I'm feeling really tired this week! I'm sleeping quite well but I go to work and when I get home I'm just bushed. feel so boring because iv had decent finish times this week (4 or 5pm instead of 8pm) so me and the OH would usually go out and do things like cinema etc but I just haven't got the energy! anybody else felt like that? I thought it would only get like this from 30+ weeks.

Definitely Firey... I'm 27+3 and for the last week tiredness has come back with a vengeance, just like the pre-12 week days! I fell asleep at 8pm yesterday! I've had to change my shifts at work as the 12 hour days were too much, just getting too tired and my ankles and legs start swelling up, most of my job is on my feet.

Constipation and leg cramps at night have set in now too... and I've lost the ability to change position in bed without waking myself up...nice(!)
