  • Has anyone else started to get a furry tummy?!

I've noticed a covering of light, downy hair that has appeared on mine. Much more than anything there was before! I wondered if it might be a common "keep the beans warm" type of thing.

Yes furry tummy (luckily it hasn't got dark so far) and but I have furry sideburns!! Family and friends have assured me that the facial hair it is not visible unless i turn, point at it and demand people look, so i have left it for fear that treating will cause it to grow back darker or stronger! It's a hormonal thing I assume.

  • Added myself to the list, hopefully I've done it right, and not accidentally booted someone off!

Feel a bit fed up today-sickness seemed to be clearing a bit, but is back with a vengeance today :(
Plus, OH is abroad until Friday with work, so feel a bit lonely (ridiculous really, as I have lots planned, and do enjoy my own space!)

Hormonal pity party over here if anyone wants to play?

Yep definitely a furry tummy for me too and I've just noticed a darker line occuring from the top of bump to belly button (not sure if it goes below as I can't see down there :rotfl:

Also plenty more chin hair appearing so have been plucking them as soon as I see them. As I read it is very common but obviously not many people talk about it.

  • Afternoon ladies,

I would like to join you all. I'm now 13+1 today with twins (hi twin buddies).

We had a private nuchal scan last week and NHS one on Monday and everything looks great.

I told my family on the weekend - lots of squelling down the phone (all in oz). We told my OHs parents last night. Everyone completely shocked by the twin revelation.

I told work yesterday - I'm really glad it's all out now. It's much more exciting now we can talk to other people about it.

I'm having a rubbish time at work. My manager is a bit of a cow and takes out her insecurities in her role on us managers. It's really quite tiresome. So today I spent figuring out how long till I can go off on leave. Unfortunately it's a while away yet.

Anyway - really happy to be joining you ladies. Happy Wednesday to you all.
  • Well,

Got my notice of redundancy today completely out of the blue

Puts rather a different spin on the pregnancy...

  • Hiya carrot,

I'm a newbie too, but everyone seems really nice.

    Congrats on the pregnancy-twins!! :D

That's pants re your manager-at least there will be some respite from them in the not so very distant future?
