I feel for you, I'm not looking forward to one let alone 3 or more!!! It is better to be safe than sorry though with things like this and I suppose we have worse pain to get through?! (although I think I am still in denial at the moment!)2014 - This is Our Year :j0

Moving over here firmly now.
Scan today was perfect! Everything is measuring perfectly, and they have said that I'm 13+1 today, which makes my EDD 24th Feb now!
Baby yawned twice and had the hiccups the entire scan.
We bought two scan photos, but they are quite similar, so I'll just be posting the one for everyone to oogle.
Baby is yawning in the photo, head is on the right and nose is pointing up for directional stuffs.0 -
Congratulation Mrs TM, wonderful scan picture by the way.
It's being a long times did not post anything hope all the scans are going well. I am currently 23+4 and will be moving forward into the big thread this weekend. Will look forward to all you ladies joining the other thread.
Have all of you ladies decided on the push chairs. I am a bit torn up between uppababy vista and uppababy Cruz anyone bought or used them please help. I am slightly bending towards Cruz as it's a but smaller when folded up when compared to vista and also easy to fold.
Have visited kiddcare over the weekend and got some good bargains
Maxi cosi cabriofix car seat - £90
Family fix base -£90
Moses basket -£25
And some nice blankets and sleeping bags in good prices.
As it's a winter baby I am stocking up on more blankets as my friend was mentioning to me that you can never have enough blankets.Saving goal for BTL mortgage - 28600 / 60000 ( July 2021) , 37600/60000 (December 2021) , 39300 / 60000 (august 2022) , 41000/60000 ( January 2023)0 -
As for bras i am very interested in that! I am/was a 36D and i'm getting a bit to big for my brad nowHaving a size 12 body with big boobs was a pain before! I didn't know about the underwired bras... i don't think i have not worn underwired for 15 years!!!! I don't know how i will cope?! I can't beleive you have gone from an A to a D, that's insane!!!!

I am pretty busty and dreaded moving into non-wired bras. Firstly, you don't *have* to go into non-wired. Just be aware that your bra HAS to fit properly- don't have wires pressing on breast tissue and be aware that as pregnancy progresses your back size will go up due to ribs expanding. I initially bought a maternity bra from m&s- it was awful. Looked like spaniels ears rather than a cleavage! Went to a Leia shop to get fitted and lady fitted me in this bra at 15 weeks (my boobs had exploded in size! From 34e/f to 36gg)- she did an amazing job, explained that it would probably last the pregnancy, gave room for rib and cup expansion, supported me and gave a cleavage. Also isn't hideous and I can wear it with most things (got black and nude). She was right- i'm going for section next week and these bras have been my absolute best maternity buy. I highly recommend getting a proper fitting (m&s always give me flat boobs and weird lumpy back fat so I tend not to bother with them) http://www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod_10701_10001_150010149560?CMP=SSH&tmcampid=28&tmad=c&sku=7433179&ci_sku=7433179&ci_src=18615224&gclid=CIybqLTNpcACFRHLtAod-AwAlw
Hth.
I've had two anti-d's so far (one at 28w and one today at 36w due to having ECV). Admittedly I don't really struggle with needles/ injections but they aren't that bad unless you are unfortunate enough to have a reaction to them. I've found them no more or less uncomfortable than any other injection i've had so don't worry too much about google!

De lurking here also.....I'm 32 weeks and still wearing wired bras with no problems. I've gone from 32ff to 34g and I got some cheapo back extenders on eBay which I'm now using on them aswell as the cups still fit but the backs are too tight.
I'm refusing to spend money on maternity bras or soft non wired things as to me they will be a huge waste of money, I've not worn a non wired bra since I was 12! I will eventually get some nursing bras....maybe, but a lot of my bras can be converted to the straps unhook at the front. To me it's no different! No longer ...tobe! Lady at my work didn't feel anything until 24 weeks. She has a lovely 16 month old girl.
I did start feeling something at 19+4 but can completely understand why you are freaking out. I got REALLY upset by week 19 at not feeling anything and that's without any kind of emotional anniversary, miscarriage or complications around conception or pg.
FYI when you do get movements, I have an anterior placenta so I also was initally worried that from 19+4 it took a while for me to feel them daily, then I only felt anything on my left side 9pm-midnight. Come week 29 he has woken up and having a party where I feel him regularly through the day.
At this stage, hard though it is, no movement doesn't indicate a problem as it is not a change for you. You may just have the placenta like me in the wrong place or a lazy baby (think mine was this too!)
I hope you can find a way to get through this day. In this cooler weather I can find a bath comforting? Doesn't take your sadness away of course just trying to turn the dial down

Thank you x
I do have anterior placenta and not felt anything for a week. normally wouldn't worry me.
The pain went away very quickly so nowi am feeling a little more rational I have put down to baby being low and putting pressure.
I think I just felt like an elastic band flick on/around bladder so hopefully that's baby and will be dancing tonight. I saw on scan baby is crazy active just cant feel anything lol x x xOfficial DFD: Dec 29Challenge DFD: July 23Debts Cleared: 1/13Building EF: £20/£600 3%0
