12-24 weeks pregnant (part 3)

Tinks I think it depends on the friend. If you really want to go then do so, but if not then tell her, or better still the maid of honour or whoever is helping as soon as possible. I had a few no shows to my wedding, and my sister didn't tell me - which was great! Otherwise I would have worried about it!
Speaking of notes, does everyone keep them with them? Mine are stored with general paperwork... But I suppose soon I should start to keep them with me.0 -
With regards vitamins my midwife said they now recommend them for whole pregnancy not just first trimester now.
Sainsbury have them on 3 for 2 at no n santogen are £4 for 30 n pregncare£4.25 for 30 was another brand£4.15 for 28 (loads others just went with cheapest but had 2 get one pregnacare as only 2 santogen left)0 -
t2d - no I keep them in the bedroom apart from appts.
laila - second what everyone else says. SW can take a long walk off a long pier.
No pee issues here yet, no movement but am getting (TMI alert!) discharge that feels like pee. V disconcerting.
Someone asked if I was pregnant today. First time. Little bit exciting.
Tinkwings - for me it would depend on the wedding. Do you have the time to break the journey up if you need to? Do you have a room and if so is there enough time for rests? For example the ceremony is usually important but there is often a gap whereby if your room is nearby you can go for a lie down/sleep. In that way you might still enjoy yourself while taking care?

Oh, are you being scanned tomorrow. Me too! 9.30 for the 'big' scan. I've had lots of quick ones where they don't look at the baby much or show me the screen so fingers crossed tomorrow all goes well and we get to see the baby clearly.
And while I know the sex by chromosome, I'm hoping they confirm the same on the scan. Back to the old unclear/mixed sex worries!!0 -

Ah! I knew I had a scan twin. Good luck! I'm not going back to work afterwards. Had a v stressful day and sulking. Told my supervisor (not in those words) and she she said she quite agreed. Love her.
Hope to update a colour soon - assuming the list isn't too far back!Met DH to be 2010

My whole team is either working from home or on holidays tomorrow, but I'm going in. It looks better and I have a 3pm meeting with a financial planner that is quite well timed really. It's personal, but with no one around I can probably book a meeting room and make her come to me!
So basically expect a lot of mse chat from me tomorrow.
Fingers crossed for us both re the scans. I'm starting to get a little nervous about it all now. My sister was born in the years before scans and had no kidneys so there is family history to be aware of. Poor mum made it full term, and only after birth found out about the problem. Baby died at 3 hours... Wow, don't know where that burst of worry suddenly came from!0 -

I keep my maternity notes in my car so they are pretty much wherever I am. Except when I go with hubby somewhere in his car at the weekend. But we are never that far from home!
Good luck those with scans tomorrow. You will be fine, but it is very natural to worry.0 -
19 weeks today, and I've not had and vitamins for 2 or 3 weeks, mainly because I just keep forgetting to take them!
My notes live in the kitchen in a pile of other bits and pieces, they don't go anywhere with me apartment rom my appointments, although after my scan next week I will photocopy them and take a copy on hols with me the following couple of weeks.
