That sounds really promising Lily, hope loads of them turn out to be top quality blastocysts. Hope the wait until transfer on Saturday is not too stressful!

I am feeling nervous about the test but at the same time it will be a relief just to know one way or the other. Not long to go now!!

I got a BFP!!! I honestly can’t believe it, i really thought my odds were so low having got only 1 fertilised egg. It really does prove that there’s truth to the saying it only takes one good egg.

I did two home tests this morning but didn’t dare to believe it until I got back the blood test results late this afternoon and it felt like the longest day ever! I’ve never had a positive before, I’m not sure it’s quite sunk in yet.

Morning all, hope all is well

Sorry for the lack of update, am on holiday but the wifi is a little laggy.

We ended up with just 1 blastocyst to transfer and the other 7 were still at cell stage so were discarded, clinic did send a very long email explaining the grading to us. Apparently we had a good quality embryo, 4BA. sounds much better than my 1st blastocyst which I believe was 3CC?

I have been getting AF cramps, extremely bloated and rather...ahem...clogged! No doubt the pessaries and overeating has not helped. My sore boobs have disappeared . I just hope AF stays away!!!

Official blood test is tomorrow but we aren't back until Thurs so have to wait until then!! OH has banned HPT so won't be taking any whilst away...Having my fingers crossed all the way that I will get my 1st ever BFP on Thurs!

Kate, how are you feeling? Do you have further appts?

Oooh Lily, good luck for Thursday and everything crossed for you! It's very disciplined of you to wait for the official test but I'm sure your OH is right and best you enjoy your holiday.

I have a scan booked for next Friday so 3 weeks after my test date. I am finding the wait until the scan quite tough. I don't really feel any different and no obvious symptoms yet. After feeling fed up of having so many scans during the IVF stimming I'm now deperate for the next scan to know something is actually happening in there!

Hi Kate. I know how u feel. I didn't believe it until we had the scan. The whole journey there is so mich waiting which is hard.

I'm good. Baby due in a month's time. Excited and nervous x
