Hi Choc. I have 5 frozen and the clinic said that they will free one at a time as if one defrosts poorly they can defrost another. I think how many they defrost partly depends on your age and how many you're having put back.
Sorry I haven't been on here much recently - we had IVF at the end of last year and are looking at transfer back soon. I'm equally terrified and excited!

Tam - I think I'll have at least another 11 days of this, just depends on how my next scan goes. Don't get me wrong, now the buserelin dosage has been reduced I'm feeling so much better, it's just draining having constant headaches.

Yeah I'm hoping they won't thaw the whole lot, I'd like to think there's some more there in case things don't work so I don't have to go through the stimms stage straight away again.

Hello lovely ladies...


Just delurking to say our little one arrived on 26th Jan, weighing 8lb 3.5oz - a little girl called Lily Cerys - and well worth every injection, sniff, tablet and even the broken ankle along the way!


I don't think I'd have been able to get through the past 4 years without all the support and friendship of everyone on here - and I wish with all my heart that each and every one of you achieves the happy ending you so deserve.

Good luck to all of you (and especially ones undergoing treatment at the mo) - I'm still going to lurk around and I'm going to keep all of mine (and Lily's) fingers crossed for lots of happy announcements in 2016! xxxx

My scan on Thursday went well, all was as it should be so back on Thursday to have the ET. Nerves are starting to kick in a bit now! Dropped the injections and now on the pessaries three times a day, not pleasant! But needs must
