Elephant so sorry to hear its a bfn, hope you and your oh are doing ok xx

Got my scan on Friday, why is it whenever it's that time my oh decides I'm forcing the issue of bd on him and he doesn't want it?! B****y man, I swear he does it on purpose at times, but its upsetting me as this I the last round of clomid and I reaaaalllly want it to work!
  • Hello, anybody home?!

Hope everyone's ok, think I scared everyone away with my little rant last time!

These 2 weeks have officially been the longest on record, due to take a test tomorrow, fully expecting a negative as I have zero symptoms to report. But then I have zero signs AF is due so who knows!

Have already got my follow up appointment with the hospital, and the nurse has already done some of the referral papers for the IVF clinic, was really hoping not to get this far but c'est la vie :(
  • I am home, hello!

Am keeping everything crossed for tomorrow for you xxxxx Sending virtual chocolate supplies in the meantime xx

Hope everyone else doing ok too x

Sorry to read that Laura 😕 I'm just ahead of you - have now been referred for IVF. It's a weird feeling - I really didn't want to have to go down this route, but
now I'm here, in relieved I have it as an option. Good luck!
  • Thanks cwtw and ellesbelles, AF has now arrived so at least I wasn't kept waiting too long. Looking on the (very small) bright side I am off on a girly night out Friday so at least I can have a few drinkies, tho I'm such a lighweight I'll be done in after a couple!

Cwtw how exciting for you, tho that does sound a little wrong I think, do you have an appointment yet? Hope you don't have to wait too long, this whole process is slow enough as it is!

Hugs to everyone out there xxx

Hi Laura, I've been really lucky. As I had sent the consultation really recently for another appointment, they let me just book the blood tests needed (hiv, hep a and b and my thyroid) and then when the results were in the nurse rang me and I chose the clinic I wanted to be treated in. Suddenly feels very real!!! I'm going to ring the clinic next week and see how quickly I can get an appointment there - I just want to get the treatment started now the end is in sight! Let me know how you're going too. Exciting (but slightly scary and strange) times.
